Good location, satisfactory breakfast. Safe hotel. Sheets on bed clean.
Rest of room was very dirty. Floor had not been cleaned in a long time. When paying this level of money a certain standard of cleanliness please. Needs a complete refresh.

Noisy street outside but the room was so quiet! Good a/c and wi/fi , bed was comfortable and all the lights and toilet worked

I didn’t like the property, it’s old and there’s a lot of noise during the day and part of the night, the staff weren’t nice, and during the day of my stay there wasn’t light and water

We loved our stay at Hotel Los Balcones. The staff were kind, attentive, and helpful. The room was clean and everything comfortable. The breakfast options were fantastic and delicious. We will definitely be back!

The bed have small ants or something very uncomfortable to sleep when I feel itchy .. as I leave the property I let the same gentleman I witnessed talking wrong to the staff that the bed have some bichos o bug or something, very discreet and respectfully … but i won’t recommend to anyone to stay

Nothing. Very noise and hot cuz the ac does not work
It’s very noisy, air conditioning not working, room is not nice, dirty, very expensive for nothing. Didn’t sleep at all cuz the noise and was told the ac was working fine and did not work at all. Very unpleasant experience.

The location was great. The night receptionist was wonderful. He helped us with our late check in and offered us beverages.
Our room looks as if it hadnt been cleaned in a few days. There was trash in the bins and we found mice droppings on all 3 beds. The receptionist helped us with getting all new bedding.
