Great location, size and very comfortable apartment. Sofa in front room is awesome 😃. No issues with wifi. Owner met us within 5 mins of arriving. Checking out took 10 mins with no issues. Whoever books this apartment will be extremely pleased.

Not enough clothes hangers. Couldnt access the tv guide in the front room. However, not in Pattaya to watch tv so no big deal.

This property should not be open during covid. No facilities, no restaurant, pool, no room service, no room cleaning, no linen change, No Service. Kitchen , induction hotplate with incompatible pots and fry pans earing in room cooking useless? Hotel tried to charge 949 baht for room cleaning over 3 days which Never happened as part of initial down payment. Forced to back down and refund.

There was no breakfast included. The location was great, just 200 m from the start of jomtiem beach. several affordable eating places within walking distance. Overall really enjoyed the accommodation, a well furnished apartment with two balconies, wifi and TV in every room.

For the money we paid it was good value. Hard to judge whats its really like because of COVID 19. My guess was it was 15 to 20% full. I felt the building should have more than one small lift.

We had an amazing stay at this well equipped Appartment. The rooms were nice furnished and the beds were comfortable. It was very clean and even a microwave, a coffee machine, a toaster and a dish washer was available. Our host was very, very friendly and helpful. When we come to Pattaya we always would choose this appartment. Thanks for the wonderful stay!!
