Molto bello e storico il quartiere, a ca venti minuti a piedi dal centro con la torre del Duomo, ma passeggiata piacevole sul canale. Vicinanza ad una zona con negozietti, bar e ristorantini. Buona la colazione "a vassoio", ma non avevo capito che potevo chiedere un cappuccino o altra bevanda calda (l'ho capito solo l'ultimo giorno).

il personale che serve la colazione sa poco l'inglese e la comunicazione è stata abbastanza scarsa. altrimenti, tutto molto bene.

The room was really big and the bed was really comfortable It is not far away from city center on the canal. Seemed like a quiet place.

The trash from the previous tourists was still there. Even if we were staying for one night I think this is really unprofessional on your side. And it looked that it was there for quite a while. The windows were not properly closed. We realised that once the wind started to blow and it begun to get cold in the room. Internet connection didn't worked. At all. This is really annoying since we are in 2024 and in the Netherlands, not in some remote location. Again, it wasn't that important for us since we stayed one night but still quite disappointing. TV really small even for a much smaller room.

Staff are lovely, helpful. Hotel is in a beautiful building in a quiet central location...

Great location on the canal in Museumkwartier in Utrecht. Room was large clean and comfortable with bath and shower. Coffee machine and small cooker was in the room to be self sufficient

Grote ruime kamer voor 4 personen. Ontbijt op de kamer was heerlijk. Ligging is ook top. Maar 10 min lopen naar het centrum.

Hele leuke vier persoonskamer, leuk met barretje en zitje: heel gezellig om met vrienden te verblijven.

Op de bovenste kamer is het best warm, maar goed, je kunt gewoon kachel uit zetten en raam open doen natuurlijk.

Bed goede matrassen mooi bedlinnen. Leuke inrichting Koffie/thee faciliteiten.

Wc bril niet stabiel ging scheef zitten Deurklink badkamer zit los is 2 x op de grond gevallen Moeilijk begaanbaar met koffer naar 1 e verdieping met een trap. Zeker voor wat oudere gasten.

Sehr individuelle, sympathische Einrichtung.

Locatie voldeed aan de verwachtingen. Simpel, maar lekker ontbijt. Nette, ruime kamer.

Het is erg gehorig. Enkel glas zorgt ervoor dat je veel hoort van alles wat er langs het hotel komt.

De sfeer is fantastisch, zeer vriendelijk en gastvrij personeel, uitstraling prachtig en ontbijtje super! Ook de lokatie is top.

Prachtige kamer met lekker bed, goed ontbijt. Op loopafstand van het gezellige centrum.

Gehorig, we sliepen in de kamer beneden aan de straatkant en doordat het enkel glas is hoor je voetgangers praten en (enkele) auto's die voorij rijden. We hadden de pech dat er een groep jongeren voor het raam om 1 uur 's nachts stonden te chillen. TIP; vraag een kamer boven of aan de achterkant van het prachtige pand.

De locatie is top en het ontbijt heel verzorgd en uitgebreid.

In de badkamer hangt een onaangename geur.

Locatie, voor de deur geparkeerd (wel prijzig). Kamer (B) was een plaatje en aan de voorzijde met uitzicht op de gracht en blijkbaar voor mijn geliefde zó goed dat hij er een aanzoek deed ;) Alles dichtbij en aan de mooie Oude Gracht van Utrecht. Ontbijtje was inclusief en uitgebreid.

Wel wat gedateerd.

Ondanks het grijze weer precies lente als je de kamer binnen komt. 's Avonds en 's nachts heel stil. Ontbijt stipt op tijd op de kamer gebracht.

Enkel Engelstalige flyer op de kamer met uitleg over tv,... De kaas bij het ontbijt was uitgedroogd.

Er stond een raam op een kiertje die niet dichtging, trap in de kamer is erg stijl

The hotel is located in a historic house in the Museum neighbourhood of Utrecht, the southern part of the old city centre. Rooms are nicely decorated in traditional Dutch style with high ceilings and big windows. Breakfast is served directly in the room. The hotel has a nice view on the main canal in Utrecht and it is at walking distance from all attractions. There is also a parking not far from the hotel if you are coming by car.

Great location in the museum quarter. Near the tram and about 10 mins walk to Utrecht Central Station. Plenty shops and bars and restaurants nearby. Comfy beds and very clean room. Continental breakfast served in the room. This is a small BNB so no main dining room. Fan provided as it was quite hot in Utrecht when we stayed.

The stairs are narrow but it is a Dutch house so you have to be careful.

The location is perfect...nice and quiet at night, and during the day for that matter. Breakfast was delivered to our room promptly at the time we chose. We loved watching traffic on the Canal each morning as we ate our continental breakfast. We will be happy to stay here again.

I won't say that this is something we didn't like; it is really more an observation, just to let people know in case they have mobility issues. There is no lift.

Maybe a small bar in the hotel

The hotel is in a superb position and is a really lovely Dutch townhouse. Our rooms were decorated using period furniture and colours and it really felt like we were in the heart of Utrecht. Loved the quirkiness of it. Because it is a townhouse the stairs are very steep and there is no lift but the bonus is lovely high ceilings and large windows. The front rooms have a lovely view of the canal. Breakfast is brought to your room every morning and it was lovely to sit at the table for this.

Although the decor is wonderful it is not very practical. We had a small wall cupboard in one of our rooms but hanging rail in the other. Neither room had any drawers to put anything. The breakfast is good but you don't get to choose what to have and, as a result, there is a lot of food wastage if you don't like what is brought or you don't eat that much breakfast. I had also told them we didn't want breakfast on the last day but it was still brought up to us. No-one is around during the day and it's therefore difficult to get any help or speak to someone about the hotel. Our rooms were not serviced for 2 days of our stay but this was sorted once I managed to see someone.

An exceptionally well located and quiet room, literally by a canal. The owner was very helpful and friendly. We will be back!

Superb location, quirky and relaxing decoration and layout, friendly staff, laid back and easy going atmosphere, love breakfast in room....so relaxing!

The stairs are steep for anybody with mobility issues..steps in Netherlands seem to be steeper than in the UK;)
