It felt like home away from home. The peace and quiet to unwind😅 one of the friendliest hosts we have met. The apartment had absolutely everything we needed. Throughly spotless😀

Alejandro went above and beyond as a host even supplying bikes. He was very helpful and recommended great restaurants on the seafront. location was so close to the sea and facilities.
The apartment was so comfortable, and tea, coffee, condiments were all there for our use.
The terraces were lovely, one with table to eat outside and comfy sofas and sunloungers on the other.
We would come again we loved it.

Fantastic location just a couple of minutes from the beach. Alejandro couldn't have been more helpful - everything from restaurant recommendations to calling us a taxi. The apartment itself is beautiful, particularly the terrace. So good I almost don't want to tell people about it!

The location is perfect - calm and quiet area and very close to the beach and restaurants.
The apartment was extraordinary clean and Alejandro pays attention to each detail. It is easy to feel that the full heart is given to managing the place.
The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need - I will not be listing - just go there and check :)
Beautiful tarrace when you may have really good relax with coffee or wine (everything available!).
So sad that we had to leave just after few days but will come back!!!

Perfect location close to the beach and restaurants . Alejandro was the perfect host and put a lot of thought into updating the apartment to a very high spec . As well as leaving additional extras .

Property was real home from home. Fabulous outside spaces- comfortable outside settees, sun beds and dining table. Great quality appliances. Beautiful property!

Superb fully equipped apartment, only ten minutes from the Airport.
Great location, only a minute from the beach and restaurants, and a ten minute easy walk to the EuroSpar Supermarket and other shops and restaurants.
A slightly longer walk to Mercadona and Lidl Hypermarkets, or the Deiland Shopping Centre.
Perfect apartment for a couple, with comfortable inside and outside seating, and a separate sun terrace.
The location is the perfect balance between being in the heart of the action, but peaceful and quiet in the evening/night.
Alejandro the perfect host with pick up from Airport, straight to Fragata, with a commentary pointing out the local shops etc.
Muchas Gracias for your hospitality.
We will DEFINITELY return and would recommend Apartment Fragata to everyone.
The only negative was having to leave to come home!

Alejandro who is the owner of the appartment was nice, responsible and reliable, you can trust him 100 present. The appartment itself is in high quality standard and beautifully decorated. The big terrace was the 2nd living room. We really love it.

This is the second time that we stayed at Apartament Fragata! And as the first time, the apartment exceeded our expectations :)
The apartment is really clean and has everything you need for your stay (with many thoughtful touches as having olive oil and species for cooking, parasol, towel and beach chairs, candles, bathroom amenities ..) .
Internet is good, the apartment has lots of natural light and is near by the beach and walking distance restaurants. The host, Alejandro, will solve any doubt and is always available if needed. Totally recommended for your holidays in Lanzarote! :) And if you are a diver, don't miss the opportunity to discover Lanzarote's underwater world!

Wonderful place. Alejandro met us super-punctual to give us the keys and explain everything and we were surprised with an entirely new kitchen, bathroom and bedroom, which are all an upgrade to what you can see on the current pictures and leave a much more modern impression. The two terraces (a sunny one for sunbathing and the shadowy one for everything else) are just wonderful and I'd really like to stress that this has been the cleanest place we've every stayed at anywhere on the Canaries. We'd come back to Lanze just to come back to this apartment!
