Staff was super nice and helpful, including the team in charge of serving breakfast. Room was clean, location is excellent.

Internet connection was extremely unstable and slow, surprising for an area such as this one. Had to work during my stay, and Internet was down at least three times during the morning. For the room price, I was expecting a nicer room, it was more like a cave, with no sunlight. Also it was noisy, you could hear a lot of noises from upstairs (throught the bathroom) and from the hallway. Breakfast stuff was not informed on time that I needed some gluten-free options, even though I asked about it at least three days before arriving, so there was nothing prepared during my stay.

we booked two rooms. one room has some kind of smell, and second room had standing water in the shower. But overall hotel is very good.

Wifi was unusable, we tried to do a couple meetings and it was impossible. It was so bad that the 3G with poor signal was working better. Breakfast had one friendly staff, the rest were always in a bad mood. Additionally, the options were limited and always the same. It took a couple days for us to figure out they did scrambled eggs upon request. The bed was uneven and the air conditioning not strong enough in the hottest days. Since the window is turned to all rooms air conditioners it was extremely noisy. Moreover, we could not open the windows because twice we did it and cockroaches came in.

Nothing at all

We had a great stay at Arenales Hotel. The staff is very friendly, especially at breakfast where they make you feel so welcome. The rooms are comfortable and quiet and the location is very good, just one block from the subway station.

Wifi was not working well during the whole week we stayed there. It was on and off and so weak that we couldn't use it.

Cute breakfast room, great medialunas, good location

We asked the lady at the reception to order a taxi to the domestic airport for us. We had to pay her right away instead of the taxi driver himself and we were charged 1500 Pesos, more or less the double amount of the regular taxi price. Better order a taxi yourself.

rooms small, bathrooms VERY small, they offer complimentary breakfast in adjacent coffee shop where service sucks…really sucks. they think they are doing you a favor instead of taking care of a customer. remove breakfast and I would give you a higher score… published photos are way to good, reality is that rooms dont look so big or nice
