Close to the beach, comfy bed and short walk to bars and restaurant.
We booked the balcony room and were given a room on the ground floor without one.
Staff were impatient with our limited Spanish and while we are understand that many places have cold water only the shower was a wobbly pipe sticking out the wall.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. It's a quite location slightly off the main beach street. The beaches near the hotel are quiet and peaceful.
The wi-fi was weak in my room.

The hostess was very helpful organizing a trip to the mangroves almost immediately after my arrival. She also helped arrange a visit to the nearby islands the next day.
The "ocean view" listed here is actually no such thing, unless you are leaning out the window looking sideways. The property is actually a half block away from the waterfront, making it difficult to locate

Claudia and the rest of the staff are super friendly and helpful. Good location, spacious and clean rooms with air conditioning. Perfect place to stay.

Location, the restaurant, the jacuzzi, and the staff.. Claudia was so sweet and great. She helped me a lot with information and transportation too! If you need a place for a couple of days

The front rooms with balconeys are nice for the ocean breeze. Room was simple, clean and comfortable. All the staff were lovely, friendly and helpful.The garden area is pleasant and the pizzas are exceptionally good. The beach is 3 minutes away.
