The location is fine to get to all directions, coast or inland . Beautiful pool on the property where it’s very easy to relax and a glorious sun trap. The beach house barbecue provided was a delightful bonus which we took advantage of.

A welcome pack would have been useful and sure clients wouldn’t mind paying for the benefit avoiding hunt the supermarket on arrival.

Punctuality when we arrived. Problem with the toilet resolved quickly .

due to a mal function of the toilet, the pump kept making noise and water continue to run . It was disturbing our sleep but we had earplugs . I did send a note . I also ask for clean sheets after 6 nights but they forgot . My son slept on the sofa bed and it would have been nice to get also some towels. I also asked for a toaster .

too close to road so there was quite loud. and many of plugs were british not european, so kind of dificult to charge things.

location was good. swimming pool and bbq on site microwave fridge etc all provided.

Rooms very dark no natural light in the apartment.Bed damp. pillows limited. shower head broken toilet flush broke during our stay. Took three days to repair.

Apartment clean and facilities good. Also, good bar and shop 200 metres away, which should be emphasized by staff on check in

Nice, big apartment with a well-equipped kitchen. Cozy yard with a nice little pool and beach chairs, plus a barbeque area with hammock chairs for grilling and chilling.

No cleaning or change of sheets during our 9-night stay. Change of towels was possible after we asked for it.

- WiFi did not work - pool is not private but shared with 50 other ppl - very peculiar about check-in - rude staff

Nice apartment, well stocked and comfy bed. Service was good, they arranged us a kidsbed even though kids aren't really aloud. We really appreciated that.

Internet is not so good and the place is located next to a bigger road. Luckily it's close to Las Galletas, which is a really fun town.

Position so bad, you definitely need a car, or to always pay taxi. Apart of that the swimming pool was really nice and stuff was friendly

Our trip is to celebrate our 5 year wedding anniversary, we asked for some special arrangements and we got the free upgrade to the bigger room as well as a big champagne bottle. On the check out day, we were a bit late because it took the restaurant 1 hour to make our breakfast, we sent them the host and they told us to just calm down and enjoy our breakfast slowly. That's really really sweet! The swimming pool is warm all the time so you can even swim in the evening. Highly recommended!!

Nice garden with a small but lovely swimming pool, very clean and heated so that you could use it also during the evenings. Nice one bedroom apartment, spacious, with small terrace. Good stay for a romantic trip.

Some parts of the yard and garden needed small repairs. A coffee machine in the room is a must as there are no places to get some coffee in walking distance.

The apartment is really spacious and very nicely done. All the decorations are great, bad is comfy, living room has a great sofa and you can find here everything you might need in the kitchen. It has also small terrace. Wifi works good.

The location is not the best - its right next to the main and noisy road .. and a bit in the middle of nowhere. Apartment is really beautiful and so is the pool, just not so comfortable in this area :-(

Jason, our host was very polite and helpful! It was the biggest advantage of the object. Our room was very comfy and big. Sparkling wine for a welcome is a very nice touch.

Whole residence seems like it had its better times. It is a little bit dusty, mutual spaces are not so clean to use and enjoy. Patio by the room felt a bit empty and not clean. Object is located next to a pretty busy road so you can hear cars passing by all the time.

We spent 10 lovely nights at this property and everything was wonderful (apartment no 8) - the accommodation is located at 10-15 min from Tenerife South Airport, Los Cristianos, Las Americas, 20 min to Adeje and around 1h to Santa Cruz and Puerto de la Cruz - the apartment (no 8) was very nice decorated, very clean and tidy and very big with all you need in a house: over, hob, dishes, air conditioning, tv, safe box, and so on. It has 1 bedroom, open space with dining table - living and kitchen and a bathroom. - outside was like a terrace with some chairs and tables and the pool area - the pool is small but with warm and clean water. Around the pool was some sun beds Last but not least, we were greeted by Jason, a very warm and kind type of person. He recommended us a lot of places to visit, a lot of things to do and a lot of restaurants were to eat well. For sure Jason is a very big plus.

The hospitality was beyond expectations. Whatever questions I had, I was helped right away. The accommodation was very clean and foreseen of all necessities to make it a pleasant stay. I felt very welcome and I would definitely come back some day. It is a safe and comfortable complex, with a lovely atmosphere and free parking at the front gate.

Everything was perfect, especially the swimming pool! In the kitchen is all equipment you need. Special thanks to Jason! We definitely approve this accomodation!

The apartments are absolutely amazing - spacious, well equipped, very beautify decorated. The bbq and pool areas have the perfect holiday vibe. Highly recommend this place for holiday or remote work 👍

Apartment was clean with everything you need to stay. Nice pool and garden. Stuff is also very kind and helpful.

In case you are coming without a car, location of this apartment could be tricky since it’s not vry near the beach or downtown.

We were a group of 8 adults and one child (4 couples). It was fantastic to stay because it was a restriction in the city, we could stay together on the BBQ and enjoy our trip. The complex has one swimming pool and heated, that was great. Only bad that after three days the pool broke... a perfect area for BBQ. And each room was a cosy design. We all love it.

They need to do something with flyes.
