Nuestra cuatro niveles, 1.700 adosado pie cuadrado (construido en 2003) está situado en la calle del Pacífico, cerca del río San Miguel, a sólo 3 cuadras de la góndola. Lack of air conditioning is a real issue. 80 plus degrees in Telluride is hot. VRBO mountain owners insist that high altitude negates the need for air conditioning. Not true! The location is ideal. Short walk to the gondola and Colorado Avenue. Kitchen is perfect for family meals. Family area is cozy and inviting. The mountain setting and the views are amazing. The host was excellent.

Pros: Beautiful location in Telluride - close to gondola, Cosmo, “there” restaurant, the Goose transportation, and downtown. House is on 4 levels so be prepared to climb stairs! Ample kitchen and living space. Owners very responsive.
Cons: 3rd floor needs a little work: mattresses and pillows not very comfortable, no hanging rod installed for clothing in 3rd floor closet, 3rd floor vanity light and shower handle not working.
Overall: Needs a little bit more TLC, but I would definitely rent again (location, location, location!) and try not to put any adults on 3rd floor.

The house was located in a great spot. Parking was tight but we had great co-renters who were very cooperative. The kitchen appliances were high quality and the house was very clean. The basement bedrooms were tight and utility room was noisy but it did not detract from our stay. We highly recommend this place for families of 7-9.

We were 8 people and found the property very comfortable. There is no bathroom on main floor but we got used to it. And the altitude takes a load on you with all the stairs, but we made do. The kitchen was great and we cooked in 4 times in the week! Thanks! We loved our stay and appreciated this property!!

Recently returned from a wonderful ski vacation in Telluride and this home fit our group perfectly! It's a short, couple of blocks walk to the gondola. You can walk everywhere in Telluride so no need for a car. The house was exceptionally clean, well appointed, and the bedrooms being on different levels gave everyone their own space. Definitely would stay here again.

No issues at all with the house, we spent a lot of time on the slopes and eating out and used the house for sleeping but when we were there it was cozy and clean. Great location, made it really easy to get around town. would stay again! Thank You

This home was perfect for my family, we were in town for my sons wedding. There was plenty of room for the 6 of us, with room to spare. This is walking distance to everything in the town, the gondola ride, coffee shops, bike rentals etc. Great communication and we were allowed to slip our luggage in the entryway before check-in as my son and I arrived a couple hours early, via the airport shuttle and then walked to get pizza. The entry is around the back and the driveway is a tight squeeze, but we made it work.

Perfect place and location!
First time to Telluride and traveled with our 8 year old son, his best friend, and his parents. The condo was so open with lots of natural light, and plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Our son and his friend got the top floor which was perfect for them to hang out with twin beds and their own bathroom. Easy walk to town and the lift/gondola. Great introduction to Telluride and we want to come back!

Not worth it
Online listing did not tell you that you shared a narrow driveway with another guest who you were to work out who parks where and when. Dishwasher was broken and we were not informed about that until we got there. House temperature extremely hot (76 degrees) with instructions not to adjust thermostat or open windows. Master toilet clogged three times. Manager not helpful.

Went on a weekend getaway to telluride with friends and the house was perfect. Short walk to the slopes and downtown. Maryjane was very communicative with any problems we had. Would stay again.

Christmas Vacation
This townhome was very comfortable for our entire family of 7 with baby. Everyone had a bed and bathroom available. The location was perfect for skiing the mountain. The best part was we did not have to drive anywhere!! Very relaxing. This townhome is newly remodeled and beautiful. The radiant heated floors keep the house very cozy in the winter. Would love to stay again!

We spent a week in this house during the Telluride Film Festival. The house had a ton of room for everyone. The location was ideal, close to everything in town and to the gondola. Definitely a great house for our vacation!

Awesome house in great location, couldn’t have been better. Rented in August so the heat during the day inside the house was a bit much but always cooled down at night. Nice patio and open first level with kitchen and living room. Fantastic location.

Family Vacation in Telluride
This was our first visit to Telluride and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this property. This home is very convenient to historic, downtown Telluride and the free gondola that you can take to Mountain Village. There was no need to use our car once we checked in because everything was within walking distance. The home was clean and well-equipped as advertised. We would definitely stay here again on future trips to Telluride.

Beautiful home, great location!
We enjoyed our stay at your home. It accommodated our family perfectly. Our daughter, and her husband and baby were able to have the whole bottom level to themselves and the baby had his own room. The location was perfect as it is close to the gondola, and town. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and hikes.
We are very grateful to the property manager for getting a pack-n- play for us! However, we arrived to town 2 hours prior to check in in the middle of a downpour with hail, thunder and lightening. With an 8 month old. When I inquired with the property manager if we could go into the home early she was adamant that under no circumstances could we do that. The home was clearly empty and had been cleaned. She however held to a firm 4:00 check in. This was very disappointing and difficult due to the weather!

Perfect location in Telluride
We stayed at this spacious house June 9-13. The location is so perfect. It is walking distance to the gondola and downtown and festival locations. The kitchen is well equipped. There is a nice gas range and specious refrigerator. Lots of space and beds to accommodate our family. There are many floors and no bathroom on first floor just so you know. Like many mountain homes it is more equipped for wintertime. It was quite warm in the house day and evening. I would recommend bringing fans if it is during warm months. Parking is tricky and I would recommend getting details about this from property manager before you arrive. Telluride is one of the most beautiful and friendly mountain towns you can hope to visit. This place helped us to have a lovely time.

Location was amazing!! We came for a wedding with a group of us and the listing was exactly as expected. In fact, it looks better in person than the photos in my opinion. Everything was walking distance. The house got a little warm though but otherwise everything was great!

We loved our stay. The windows in the top two bedrooms would benefit from more adequate shades. The lights from the nighttime activity (snowcats and large machinery moving snow from streets) shine into the rooms and make it hard to sleep. The beds are very comfortable.

Wonderful house!
This house was wonderful and worked perfectly for our stay! We are a family of five adults and the home was spacious with plenty of room for us. It is about a ten minute walk to the gondola and an easy walk to shops and restaurants. It includes a single parking spot which we had no problems getting into. I would definitely stay here again.

Convenient and Spacious
This property is a great location in summer or winter months. We easily walked to the gondola with our skis each day and it was so nice to have multiple levels at home to spread out. The kitchen is well equipped, the home is walkable to both Clark’s and Mountain Market and just about everything! We will absolutely look to stay here again on our next visit to Telluride!

Great space and location
Our group fit perfectly into the spread out sleeping quarters. Kitchen had plenty of dishes and cooking supplies for a number of big meals. Location was perfect for everything. The driveway parking spaces worked out well as the owners of the brown unit out back we’re in town and kept their car elsewhere. We were a little worried about having to shuffle cars but it turned out to be a non-issue for us. There is a 24hr free public parking lot a short walk away if needed.
