Wonderful hosts, wonderful garden and pool…everything was perfect…thank you😊

The outside space was amazing, huge pool, beautiful garden, loads of loungers, tables and chairs. The hosts were very welcoming and very responsive to any queries.

Restrictions on air con (extra charge) and pool (Not allowed in pool after 8pm and cold air blowers upstairs controlled by Host for limited time each day). The wall between the bedrooms was not at ceiling height so light and sound issues between rooms. Huge piles of dust under the bed. We slept on the sofa bed in main area due to this, plus the mattresses were smelly and old. Wardrobes and drawers smelly so had to live out of the suitcase, using a torch to see as very dark everywhere and hardly any lights working. No light or socket by bed, unable to read in bed as too dark. There was a lack of sockets generally. No oven or grill. Constant road noise and strimmers / pumps. No bath towels, only pool towels. Curtains too small for the windows. The outside area was absolutely amazing, but the interior seriously let it down. It wouldn’t take much to improve - new mattresses, bulbs / lights and a better air con system controlled by the visitor. Had I known the restrictions on the pool and the control on the air con (bedrooms never actually chilled and the cold air blowers didn’t come on until 10pm and went off in the wee hours) then I would never have booked to stay. You will need to bring extension leads, battery powered lanterns, air fresheners, mossie spray and a solar battery pack for charging mobiles. We also purchased a couple of fans for the bedrooms. When you go on holiday you expect to be able to get some rest but, unfortunately, sleep was not easily had because of the heat, smell and mattress.

-great hosts/owners. Really friendly and helpful - good location for visiting the coastal towns -pool was big and deep. Garden was beautiful

- house was run down, lots of things needed to be fixed -very dark inside and furniture was more like wooden boxes covered with cloth. Fine if you only stay outdoors but we had a few rainy days.

- Gesy, the owner, is very nice. We left the place with lemons and limoncello ! Good to know, though, she does not speak English (but her daughter does). - The swimming pool (private !) is huge (my estimation: 14 x 7 m). - The garden surrounding the pool and the property is very nice, and also completely private. - The house is on two floors, there is LOTS of space. - Two bathrooms ! - Decently equipped kitchen. - 20-25 min from Salerno. - Coffee bar (e.g. for breakfast), ice cream and very good pizzeria at walking distance (2 min). - Shopping and animated place nearby (Nocera Inferiore).

- The furniture is a bit dated, but then who cares ? - One of the shower was not very practical (broken door), but I am assuming this will be fixed by the owner.
