Clean. Quiet. Good selection of cookware, dishes, drinkware, utensils. Billa supermarket a few minutes walk away. Dolce Gusto coffee maker (and very thoughtful to include enough capsules for our stay!). Small, pleasant balcony. Fun record collection. Communication was excellent.

It wasn't a problem for us, but the four flights of stairs might be challenging for someone with bad knees.

I was in Plovdiv during the extreme heat and this place was perfect for relaxing out of the heat. Close to everything and it has all the amenities (except a washing machine). The record collection was impressive and added to a very enjoyable stay. Bright and clean and a comfortable bed.

It wasn’t an issue for me but it is up 4 flights of stairs.

The apartment is in the heart of Plodviv, in the old town, very close to tourist attractions, cafes and restaurants. Right on the ground floor of the block you have a cafe where you can start your morning in a pleasant way. But in the apartment you will also find a coffee maker & coffee, which is very kind from the owner. Also, the kitchen is fully equipped, the rooms are perfect sizes, and the owner, Georgi, is very kind to give you details about the city (including free parking spots, which was very helpful). The apartment is extremely clean and quiet and as a bonus you have a small balcony above the roofs of the houses! Book this apartment, you will be more than satisfied!

As soon as we stepped into the apartment it felt right at home. There was excellent communication with the host. We stayed for 11 nights and since there was no washing machine, the host was kind enough to suggest a laundromat closeby. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed for cooking, and we made daily use of this with groceries from the Billa conveniently located just a couple minutes walk away. The record player and excellent collection of albums, along with the very interesting small library made the stay feel even more like home.

The apartment is in a great location. It is well equipped and very comfortable. Spotlessly clean. Communication was excellent. Lovely flowers a great touch. All the bars and restaurants of Kapana are easy walking distance and the Old Town a little further.

The 70 steps are a bit of a challenge for mature guests.

Bright and lovely apartment in the center of Plovdiv. Rooms were clean and has arty touches. Our host was very kind and helpful. Definitely a great stay.

Everything was really amazing. The apartment is beautiful and clean with everything you need. The kitchen is great. The location is right next to all the best restaurants and bars. The host was very responsive and helpful :) Thank you for a great stay! We'll be back :)

The address I was given was wrong (#19 instead of 26), so I walked around in circles for a while, but after a phone call all was ok!

Super clean, cozy atmosphere , central old town , quiet area Everything perfect!!!
