I like the way we were received in the Property. The 2 Receptionist we met were nice and ready to assist. The Gate Man was good and friendly.

The Towels were not looking good, we were not sure how long they have been kept in the Bathroom - not looking fresh from Laundry. We called earlier to inquire about the Food - we were told there is facility for Dinner. Unfortunately only Pizza was available. There was no options for Food (Low Cab) for Elderly people like us. We could not take Breakfast for the same reason of lack of options.

Overpriced for the tired facilities.

You get charged higher than if you just walked in for the same tired facilities

It’s a small hotel and inexpensive, so basically would be classified as a bed & breakfast. Its owned by Italians and there is an excellent pizza joint on the premises. They also have a a good choice of Italian food including great pasta dishes. Breakfast was basic but quite nice especially because they bake their own bread which was delicious. The food is I loved the garden it had a tropical paradise feeling with lots of beautiful plants. It was very homely/cozy feel to it. Staff were friendly and there was free wifi. I felt I got very good value for my money

The mattress and pillows could have been more comfortable. Bedding and towels were abit worn out

Cozy and nice - family-type small Hotel with a relaxing atmosphere (in general). The location in VI was good for me too

The hotel is very peaceful. Quite and clean. The staff is very friendly

Upon arrival we found out that creditcards was not accepted. So we said that at the end of the stay we would make a transfer of the full amount due. The owner agreed but it troughout our stay he send staff several times to say we have to pay. It made us feel as if we were going to run without paying or so...he could have been more friendly overall .. The wifi didn't work in the room
