The cottage was exactly what we wanted for 3 nights in Sonoma. Great location to downtown. One comment would be on the cleanliness, the bathroom needed to be vacuumed, we saw a lot of long black hairs on the ground. Also when we arrived there was a cracker and bath soap on the kitchenette counter. Overall a great cottage but two minor areas of improvement.

Perfect for a short vacation
The location and accommodations were perfectly charming, perfect for a short 3-4 day vacation. Hosts were sweet and doting. Snacks and wine in the room. Even provided a couple bikes to ride 10 minutes into town. Very silent at night.

Cozy cottage
This cottage is simple and comfy cozy from bed to tub. We loved all of the light, and the gas fireplace was a charming surprise. We sure enjoyed having the tennis court to ourselves and appreciated the owners sharing their racquets.
The WIFI was abysmal and the TV did not work (despite the caretaker’s efforts). Both made for too-quiet nights. We were grateful for a deck of cards. A pleasant yard guy with blower and neighboring dogs made for too-loud mornings but only sporadically.
The home is a short, lovely walk to the square where we had some fabulous meals.

Ideal Space to Stay in Sonoma
This space is exactly what my husband and I were looking for while staying in Sonoma. It was very clean, comfortable, and cozy. Linda was very kind and even went the extra mile of accommodating our changing travel plans. I highly recommend this space for anyone staying in the area.

Lovely. Old fashioned comfort
Wonderful little cottage. Older, but well kept and updated. Loved the private deck and the shaded grounds. Felt like we were in an Old California rural area, but close to town. Owners were attentive and helpful, but not intrusive. Couldn’t ask for more.

It is a great place to stay in Sonoma.
The house is very private. You have your own fenced terrace and a lot of space around. It is not too big, but it was be enough for two adults and a child.
It is 30 mins by walk from the city center.
The compliment bottle of vine was very pleasant.

Cute Cottage Retreat
This was the perfect little rustic cottage for a couple's getaway. The home was decorated in a cozy, vintage style and was set back a bit from the main house with privacy provided by ivy-covered lattices. The tennis court and back porch were bonuses for us! Really easy access to the square, Gun Bun, Scribe & other wineries nearby. We really enjoyed our stay!

The place was very charming and had everything that we needed. It was 1,5 miles from downtown Sonoma, and in the middle of wine country. Linda was very accommodating. I would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Superb!!!
We had so much fun staying in Linda’s adorable cottage!! We easily rode bikes to the plaza in Sonoma and loved playing tennis everyday!! The property was very private and the accommodations were delightful!!

Clark’s Little House is just perfect for a stay in Sonoma. The accommodation is warm, cosy and welcoming. It is quiet but close enough to everything to be accessible. Definitely recommended!

Quick stop in Napa🍷
We *loved* our stay in the little Clark’s cottage! We were so happy it had air-conditioning when we got there because the temperature was over 100°. They were having a heatwave. Linda had some very cute extras out… Wine... nuts…. Her property with the large oak trees is gorgeous and after it had cooled off we sat out side and read. Both mornings we got up and played tennis on our own private court! We wished we brought our tennis racquets but they had some to use & Even supplied some new balls. Really it was the perfect spot. I can’t say enough about it. Thank you Linda!

July 4th in Sonoma
Very cute little cottage on the edge of Sonoma town. Linda stopped in to say hi upon our arrival despite it being late and gave some great recommendations. Space was absolutely perfect for my girlfriend and I, about a 30 minute walk from town or an $8 Uber. Love place, would highly recommend.

Charming cottage near Sonoma City Square
What a wonderful property so conveniently located to downtown! We had such a nice stay at this charming cottage. It had everything you could ask for including a bottle of wine on arrival. The only glitch was the wi-fi was very intermittent. I would stay here again and recommend it to everyone. A great time in a lovely neighborhood.

Lovely cottage—would definitely return.
This spotlessly clean cottage was like something out of a story book. Absolutely delightful, and we had a wonderful stay—would definitely return. We even played some tennis (badly). Owner didn’t send instructions for check in or location—I had to ask for it—but it all worked out in the end when I asked for it.
