stunning apartments in the centre of Skiathos Town, halfway up the steps to the Windmill. but also soundproof so no worries about any noise. brilliant location with a great view over the port. clean and very modern rooms with lots of unique character . the family owners katerina and George are very special people who go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need , even lifts to and from the airport and advice on the island and restaurants , they could not do enough for us , easy to contact if needed . would recommend to my own family and friends and we will return one day

A wonderful place which was very conveniently furnished and extraordinarily quiet. Gegorgios was a very helpful and nice host in everything we had on our hearts - a place to return with no if and whens.

The hosts were fabulous, kind and really helpful. The property is lovely with a great courtyard area to chill out in to breakfast and dine, and to also relax there to read etc. Immaculately clean and good facilities. Would love to go again.

The kind owner could not do enough to be helpful - he picked me up from the airport, was available any time I needed anything, etc. He was an absolute joy to work with. Beautiful and comfortable accommodations. Quiet and lovely neighborhood a 7-10 minute walk to town. Gorgeous balcony view! Clean and carefully appointed and decorated.

This is NOT a property for anyone with mobility issues. It's in a no-car, steeply hilly area and there are about thirty uneven stairs up to the house. Inside the house, there are two tall steps to get from the bedroom to the kitchen. This property is only for the young and/or fit.

Great location, lovely views and perfect for a quick trip! But the best part about Oikies were George & Katerina (the hosts) they were SO helpful and informative, they gave us great recommendations and checked in with us regularly - they couldn’t do enough to make sure we were happy and enjoying our stay - thank you both! It was fantastic.

Excellent host met us at the port and carried our suitcase up to the apartment. Good location close to town but quiet. Very tastefully decorated with excellent facilities.

great location overlooking the port, very nice hosts who picked me up from the airport, helped with luggage, and after took me to port. very responsive to communication, excellent local advice, and nice people

wish I could of stayed longer. Also, if you you don't mind or like walking stairs, probably not the place for you. Actually, Skiathos town is allll steps so go elsewhere.

Situated few steps upstairs with great view to port, fantastic lounge beds on terrace and so beautiful greek modern interior and furniture! You will find all equipment to prepare your own breakfast, Nespresso Coffee machine and the best is the fantastic port view from bed out of the windows. Thank you to you, Katarina and George for any help, you are great hosts, highest recommendation here will be 10, but really you need to get 12 and more ☺️

Traditional Greek island house, perfectly decorated, great hospitality -thank you Katerina- very clean, ideal for families, or couples, just a step away for the city center. When in Skiathos, Despoina's home is the ultimate destination.

Collected from ferry and taken to airport. Host extremely helpful - he booked a restaurant table for a special birthday and surprised us with a complimentary cocktail. House close to town but very peaceful. 2 terraces - one small and quaint with lovely view, one very large and private.

Steep steps to town might not suit everyone.

The hosts at Despoina home are second to none. Charming and helpful and with excellent local knowledge and offers of advice and transport for our transfers. Lovely people, utterly charming accommodation which had been done with skill and excellent attention to detail and design. It made our holiday in Skiathos absolutely perfect.
