the rooms were very clean, organised, comfortable. the family that runs the place were extremely kind and thoughtful, the food was really good and it really felt like home.

Klong is an amazing host and his family as well. They picked us up at the pier at 9pm and offered many little things during my stay. I am coming back to stay with him the second time.

I wish there were a designated clothes hanging area as I often do my own laundry.

The owner shut everything down at 8pm which meant that we could not get water. The nearest shop was quite a while away.

Great price for the room, the room was very lovely, not very big. Very nice family running this place. You can rent a bike for 250 baht per day including helmet but only if you know to drive. Very nice restaurant, also this family owned, good food and not expensive. Nice bed, good air-conditioned.

The location is far from everything... I knew it before the booking, but it's only 2 restaurants you can go by yourself. Haad Rin beach (full moon), pantip market and all other attractions you need to take a taxi or a motorcycle. If you can drive a motorcycle - it's perfect for you, but we can't, so it's a lot of money for taxi. The room is not so big. (We stayed in the air room, so I think that other rooms are bigger). The shower is together with the toilet.

Lovely large Room, clean and great facilities. Owners super friendly and had some really tasty meals.

It's a bit far from anything if you don't have a moped or form of transport.

The owners were very nice, they hosted and treated me very well! I was very happy to meet them, as locals from the island, since it's difficult to find locals in Koh Phangan :)

Spacious room with very comfortable bed and air conditioning. Shower with hot water and good pressure. Very helpful staff, free coffee in the morning. Possibility of renting the scooter (250 THB per day). When I returned the scooter the owner drove me to the pier with his motorbike.

staff were soooo friendly! location was in the middle of the two popular locations but it was easy enough to get a moped and also a taxi to the full moon party. the room was clean and spacious. definitely recommend

Great place with very friendly owners. High value for money.

Lovely hosts, very close to a beach which was almost empty as it's surrounded by resorts. Keep in mind it's a little bit of a jungle path to get to but only 2-3 mins away. The room was nice, clean and comfortable with a little balcony as well. The place offered motorbike rental and taxi service at a reasonable price. The bikes all looked new and well maintained. There is also food offered on site in a nice setting and free coffee in the morning. There are also some card games which you can freely use. The location is out of town but there is a shop, lovely halal restaurant and delicious roti place about 10-15 min walk away.

As it's on the main road you do get some noise but nothing that goes on until too late.

Not a bad word could be mentioned! We felt so accommodated from the moment of check-in to the unfortunate check-out. The breakfasts and dinner meals were all delicious, such a great family run guesthouse. Klong and his family really care for the place and couldn’t be anymore helpful. You can also hire good quality bikes.

everything was perfect, the room clean and perfectly prepared for our arrival. The owners are extremely kind and helpful , we booked one night and decided then to stay a lot longer. is not five star resort but we didn't miss anything we felt more then at home. klong and U are honest and very generous. we 100% recommend to sleep here.

Excellent experience overall - the staff are just so warm, welcoming, helpful and really go the extra mile. They really made the experience excellent and couldn’t help us more. Our friend didn’t have anywhere to stay and they even offered him a safe and sheltered place! Really everything you need is at the hotel (food, bike rental, taxi service). The accommodation is exactly what you pay for, it’s basic but clean, comfortable, and everything you need. Probably the best experience we have had in Thailand thanks to the fantastic family.

Extremely friendly owners ! The restaurant was closed because of the low season and it was raining cats and dogs, so the family shared their own food with me out of kindness :) Comfy room with everything you need (bed, toilet, shower, fridge). Fast wifi. 8 minutes from Haad Rin by scooter, which you can rent at the property.

There is some noise from the road, but in the night it was pretty quiet.

Excellent hotel, wonderful hosts who are always ready to help, clean and cozy rooms. Perfect! I made a mistake with the arrival date, but the hosts moved my reservation to the right date, for which I am very grateful. Thanks! We will definitely come back again!

Nice and clean private room, provided by the most welcoming and friendly family we've met in our whole Thailand vacation. Internet is fast and stable. Modern scooters are available for rent at good rates. On our first and rainy evening we were about to go out and have dinner, when the hosts invited us to join their dinner instead. It was delicious and very authentic. Afterwards we played games and to wrap it up: had one of the best evenings of our vacation. When coming back to Koh Phangan, this will be our place to go.

The owner is very friendly and accommodating! It’s possible to rent a scooter from the accommodation what made it very easy for us! The room was clean and everything existing worked. There is a very nice terrace guests can enjoy drinks or just relax.

The street and the animals were very loud so I couldn’t sleep at all. There is no separate shower, the shower is basically the entire bathroom what is a little unpractical.

On our way out, they drove me to the ferry for free.
