Die Lage is Perfekt.

Die Garage unter der Gebäude sollte für 2 Autos geeignet sein. Das ist quatsch. Ich musste die Garage mit anderem Mieter teilen. Mein Auto musste ich rein quetschen zwischen 2 Wände am Ende der Garage, wo kaum Platz ist. Ohne Hilfe von einem Freund ist das Parking fast unmöglich. Du braucht 2-4 Min. um das Auto reinzufahren. Wenn du es schaffst, dann hast du ein Problem mit dem Aussteigen aus dem Auto 😅. Die Tür schlägt sich gegen der Wand. Ich musste aus der hinteren Tür aussteigen und mich zwischen einer Wand und dem Auto richtig quetschen. Wenn man etwas dick ist, dann hat man keine Chance!! Ich bin fröh, dass mein Auto dabei nicht kaputt gegangen ist!! Das 2. Auto steht vor dem ersten und es gab nur eine Fernbedienungfür die Garagentür.. Das heißt: um mit meinem Auto rauszufahren musste ich erstmal meinen Nachbarn anrufen, er sollte runterkommen, die Garagentür aufmachen une sein Auto rausfahren !! Also voll Katastrophe. Und trotzdem musste ich 60 Euro für 4 Nichte Zahlen. Mein Nachbar auch 60 Euro. Also 120 € für 4 Nichte hatte er von uns bekommen für so eine Katastrophe. Total unfair und lächerlich.

Location was close to the Cathedral. Air con worked well. Clean and tidy. Good bathroom mirror.

The water runs either scalding hot or freezing cold. Small bedrooms. We were left outside the apartment on arrival with no communication of how to access the apartment.

loved the location as very central to the main attractions we were interested in seeing. just around the corner is a lovely coffee shop, The Real McCoy. The management was very responsive to our request to leave our bags at the apartment and then to have an early check-in. The three bedrooms were perfect for our group and it was excellent having two bathrooms (one with toilet and sink only). The apartment was very clean upon our arrival. The beds were quite comfortable.

The middle small bedroom is very noisy (tried everything to make it quieter) and it doesn’t have A/C

The location is good! We were able to go sightseeing by walk to different parts of the city! The apartment is big and could accommodate 6 people without need to use the sofa. Host is kind and the best was the parking that was reserved for us - just below the apartment.

Cleanliness could be improved.

The day we arrived was about 39/40 degrees and with high humidity. We arrived at the apartment as shown on the photos. After 2.5 hours of turning on the air-conditioning (1 for living room, 1 for a bed room and non for 2 other bedrooms), all air-conditioning did not work. After contacting Booking.com and the owner of the apartment (Jose), we got a cleaning lady coming to clean the apartment next door where we can move to the other (half cleaned) apartment. So, after about 4 hours (wasting) at the apartment, we were glad that the owner changed the apartment with an air-conditioning that works! (fundamental requirements of facilities).

It was an apartment which needs serious renovation, all basic items such as door handles, kitchen cupboard etc are loosen/broken, sewage smell from toilet/bathroom etc. We keep running out of hot water, so took 4 of us about 3 hours to have our daily short showers. We have been reminded repetatively (instructed) to turn off our air-conditioning for cost savings of owner. All on the costs of the comfort of our holiday.

Good location in the city, close to everything. Good mattresses and overall good sleeping rooms.

Very “uncharming” street and a bit worn-down neighborhood, despite its central location. Main bathroom is not great and kitchen is quite tiny but manageable.
