The location and surroundings were great. We were looking for a nice retreat from city life and we got it. There are other 3 houses but you don't hear them at all. Hence feels private. You have a small boat for your own use. Great playground too.

Unfortunately, all these advantages got diminished by the state of the cottage. It was not cleaned properly, and it felt like just some dust were cleaned. Needed to clean fridge and dishes myself. The shower needs proper cleaning and upgrades. We felt that owners have neglected the place and just collect money, which is really unfortunate as the area is amazing. The playground needs a safety check as I found at the end of our stay that one screw is missing from the slide.

Beautiful nature, lake just a few steps away, dedicated boat for each house, very quite, perfect place for relaxing and peaceful holiday.

Facilities could be improved and cleaned a bit more, not just surfaces. Children play-house had a huge hole, was not really safe for children to play. It is quite far from the main road and bigger city.

Perfect place for nature lovers, host (Margarita) was very kind and helpful with information and helped with all questions. Definetly coming back.

House need some renovation. Bed not comfortable anymore, bathroom is not clean, not all electrical sockets and bulbs are working, kitchen tools need to be updated, fireplace poker is missing.
