We really enjoyed staying at this VRBO. The house was clean and comfortable. The pool was perfect. The neighborhood was quiet and close to shops and the beach. We will definitely be back!

The house was nice and accommodating. The hosts were great we had a few minor issues they resolved almost immediately. Would definitely recommend. I have been coming down to Florida for over 20yrs for vacation. The neighbors were great. This was 1 that I can say I enjoyed, and the hospitality made it unforgettable!!

Great house in a great location. Vanderbilt Beach is walkable if desired (about twenty minutes for adults). Close to shopping, grocery, restaurants, and multiple bike shops. Home is fully equipped with everything needed for a week in Naples. We are already looking into rebooking for next year!

Great vacation home! It’s clean and comfortable and has everything needed for a relaxing vacation .The pool is an extra bonus and we all enjoyed it. It was nice and warm.
We love the nearby Mercato and spent a lot of time at the different restaurants there.

The house was as described in the listing. Was very clean and spacious. We enjoyed the pool and patio area. Walk to Vanderbilt beach was about 1.5 miles. Nice area, lots of restaurants and shopping. Good location, not far from RSW airport. Host was prompt with responses to our inquiries.

We were here for our son's wedding. This property was perfect for its location as well as accommodations. We enjoyed all the property had to offer. It was perfect for the groomsmen to get ready, for our 2 year old twin grandchildren to stay and play to just a few days of relaxing by the pool!

I have been on vacation three times in this area, and this house was the best. We spend one week with my family for Thanksgiving. The house had everything we needed. The pool is clean and warm water.

The house was the perfect retreat to come home to after working long 12 hour days assisting with hurricane cleanup. The house was clean and had all the amenities needed for my employees to live comfortably for a month. The property owner was very responsive to all my emails. Would highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time in Naples despite the scorching heat. Lots of shopping, day trips, activities, and beautiful beaches.
pros:
* There is an alarm system that you can set up to chime when the kids open doors. That's great for peace of mind when you have little ones that like to run out of the house.
* The pool is clean and well maintained and there are pool toys for the kids.
* There were several beach accessories in the garage (beach chairs, cooler, beach toys, etc).
* The house is spacious and well laid out.
* The water and ice cube dispensers built into the fridge work! That's pretty uncommon in rentals in my experience.
* The patio and pool areas are very private.
cons:
* We weren't able to check in at the check-in time because the cleaners weren't done, so we had to wait a while before we could get in.
* The street is narrow and has no sidewalks so it's not a great area to take walks.
* The house is a > 30min walk from the beach, so it's not practical to walk there and you have to pay $10/day for parking.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay, and Teresa was very helpful every step of the way. We highly recommend staying there.

While this property was very nice, it did not provide a satisfactory fourth bedroom. Instead, the pullout couch was old with a vey thin mattress not suitable for adult use. We specifically rented this property due to the fourth bedroom accommodation. The master bedroom TV did not work and two other bedrooms did not have TVs. Ironically the fourth bedroom had the best TV. All minor inconveniences other than fourth bedroom issues. Otherwise the property was very nice with a great pool, modern kitchen, large master bedroom, one nice guest bedroom, small double twin bed room, laundry room, and 3 bathrooms. Great choice for two adult couples and two kids only. Nicely situated in a convenient location.

Wife and I had an great time at this location. Pool was amazing, home was very well taken care of. Communication was perfect. We would recommend this home for sure. We'll look forward to renting this home again in the future.

Perfect house for our family getaway. Close to all the action Naples has to offer. Drive to beach was not an issue. Kitchen had everything we needed to support a group of six for meals and snaking. Pool was well maintained and a nice way to unwind each evening. Would no doubt stay here again. Thanks, Teresa!

Open floor plan, spacious kitchen. Pools is well maintained. Beach towels, umbrella and chairs. Owner is a terrific communicator--always responding quickly to our questions or needs. We would recommend this home.

We enjoyed the updated Villa in the Naples Park neighborhood. The pool was heated so we enjoyed being outside and relaxing on the private patio. Great kitchen with all the necessary items to cook home made meals. Good location, close to beach, shopping, golf and other local amenities.

We had a great time staying at Naples Park. A beautiful house. We enjoyed the heated pool since we had some cool days. But we had a hard time regulating the heat. The only criticism I would have for the owner was the lack of information about the pool and check out. She was prompt in answering my questions though
