The breakfast and dinner are superb. Since we travelled with kids, there was always something they liked at the table. The Hotel has a playroom just beside the restaurant in whick kids can play until you finish your meal in peace. The rooms are cozy and clean. The staff is really friendly, and they always meet your expectations. The kids spent a lot of time at the spa, liked the pool. The gym is also nice, everything is there for a good training including cardio: bicycle and treadmill. The location is superb: the view on the upper floor is amazing - you can see the two biggest summit of Zlatibor: Tornik and Cigota. Also, you can reach the lake in like 5 minutes on foot and yet you are practically in a forest zone, it is not noisy from all the people there. I compared to the location near the market or adventure park appartments, hotel Iris has one of the best locations on Zlatibor. There are also enough parking lots.

Somethimes on upper floors the water pressure is low that you can wait for more than 5 minutes somethimes during the shower to get the pressure back. Also, the room temperature was set automatically, I couldnt find a way to reduce temp manually because it was really warm: the thermometer showed 25C degrees, it affected the sleeping somethimes.

Really nice hotel and the atmosphere. Very pleasant the entrance group. The Sauna and Salt cave are superb. Our room was on a quiet side, so we had a beautifull view from the terrace to the pine trees)

Location is good, just 5 mins from center, breakfast very good. Overall very good and would recommend and stay again.

Room was a bit too small and pretty noisy in the morning. Breakfast was very good with lots of varieties,but the coffee is terrible and it needs improvement.
