Lovely room and location.

Huge room with a kitchenette and private bathroom. Very clean and modern. The breakfast was good but needed a few tweaks (3 tiny pieces of bacon for 2 people and no juice)

The breakfast was ok but there was no option for non dairy and there were only 3 tiny pieces of bacon to split between 2 people - also no juice available.

a fussy online check-in procedure that started the day before and involved no human interaction apart from telephone call questions, such as as Wi-Fi code and where to have breakfast, then have to involve more texts and messages

Spacious and comfortable room in a small scaled Hotel-Apartment ajoined a cute little square in the centre of Zwolle. Excellent continental breakfast. Friendly staff reacts quick on communications by phone or WhatsApp (and in the breakfast room in the morning).

There are only public paid parking facilities in walking distance which is not that praticle. The fact that a 'live' checkin is only possible until 12:00 and afterwards only remote does not make a checkin very personal. Breakfast was excellent would only recommend to add a fresh (orange) juice to the options. Would have preferred a breakfast earlier than the earliest 08:00.

beautiful room and beautiful bathroom

the room is poorly isolated and located in a square with discos: a recipe for staying awake till 3a.m. when you pay 140 euros for a room in Zwolle (not manhattan) you expect to be able to sleep. they provide ear plugs but that are insufficient. what’s the point in equipping your rooms with fancy gadgets if you cannot fulfill the basic service of a room to sleep in?

very spatious room and bathroom, nicely decorated, in heart of city center. great bed and shower.

price rather high for one night without breakfast. we did not need the pantry but the collection of utensils, pans, crockery looked really poor.

Great location in the historic center and close to bars and restaurants. I got a free upgrade, to a bigger room.

It is not really a hotel, more like a lunch-room renting out rooms on the side.

Walking distance to most attractions in Zwolle. But it’s a pretty small city. Room was spacious and clean.

Mattress was thin and pillows not as comfortable. TV was make-shift and felt out of place.
