Hotel was really beautiful and room was very comfortable and spacious

I missed a coffee machine or some more utilities in the room, there was no kettle/tea, nothing in the fridge either

No reception to talk to solve issues with my hotel stay and no phone in the room to call a b_smart hotel helpline/customer service or call anywhere. I was given a room in which someone smoked very recently. It was unbearable.They didn't clean it properly. I can taste the disgust with every breath even while asleep.l woke up often because it bothers me and it feels like I am being poisoned because that is definitely damaging to health, but is my first time in Lichtenstein and I had nowhere else to go. I had to keep the windows open and stay with all my clothes on, but even that was not helping. I did tell a staff member (the chef on duty), who was friendly and helpful but the hotel didn't move me to another room for 2 nights. They did have a room on the next day as a colleague of mine checked the availability however, it was not offered to me. The duvet is children's size, literally, and the pillow was totally flat on lumps. Although, my booking was a for proper 2 adults booking of a Supperior room, I had a single bed setup for a child. I told the staff, and they brought me another bed set with the same rubbish quality, so I had to use the duvet as a pillow. The room was overlooking a very busy, noisy, dirty air road and a car park....no beautiful views and tranquillity as promised at the time of booking.

the location is amazing with astonishing view. big bathroom and great breakfast. staff answer question really quickly.

we checked in with 3 adult and 1 kids, but only got 2 bath towel. no hand towel or floor towel. that is very abnormal. also only 2 glass for drinking.

Newer hotel, modern and clean. Rooms are small (typical in Europe) but very efficient and CLEAN. Breakfast (included) was very good with a combo of hot and cold offerings.

Self Check-in was not easy. NO STAFF on site. Needed a pillow, called the number listed, but they were not able to help due to NO STAFF on site.

The room and breakfast were superb! Staff very friendly and very easy self checkin and checkout.

Really very relaxing smart hotel

All went well, even the automatic check-in. Was very happy to find a parking space in the underground garage. My room was clean, spacious and especially very quiet. I really appreciated that.

However, it would be nice to have some air conditioning as it was very hot during the evening/night and I needed to open the window to cool down the temperature of the room. With that, I needed to wear ear plugs so as not to hear the noise of the main road outside (especially in the morning!)

The hotel, although not easily accessible without a car, was a nice surprise. Apart from the lack of check-in desk and a rather lengthy self-check in procedure, the room was surprisingly spacious and well designed (apart from the bathroom,see below). Breakfast was nice and copious, the hotel has a nice bar and restaurant part to chill outside in the evenings. The free gym and sauna is a really nice touch, I imagine it shall be even better in winter. There is always free coffee or tea at the "reception" area. A good starting point for the 17 km long historic walk which starts at the church, and there is a nice lake 1,5 km (20 minutes walk) away.

As mentioned before, the glass partition between the room and the bathroom is useless and a deprivation of privacy, for no good reason. The email about the self check-in tells you it will be easy, only 3 things to put in, but instead, it is a lengthy saga, asking more info than any other hotel with personal reception (have to type in the full name of the second guest...a really outdated custom, nowhere else asked, but you cannot separate the - rather high - bill with your friend).

Clean, modern and spacious rooms, easy check-in, nice spa amenities, free parking and breakfast, despite lack of A/C pleasantly cool on a very warm night.
