Because of the location i chosen the area.

For the twelf Bugs he ask, you can have a nice clean room with A/C, hot water ,a fridge, a bottle of water, a cattle with tea/coffee...But here you don't get a nice room,but a realy hot small room, don't get A/C,don't get hot water,don't get a fridge,don't get free water,neither tea or coffee... So...don't go there as long it cost more the four bugs.

Close to the beach, not far from the city center. Enough amenities for the price.

One fan is too little - it's quite hot at night. It was also a bit dirty, we had to clean up some things.

Its a homestay, not a hotel. The owner was very kind and helpful.

lovely property with direct access to the beach, you can hear the waves crashing as you sleep! very kind host and a 10 min walk from matara bus station.

The location next to the beach is amazing. But ..

the house is run down - propably after/because of corona. The rooms are acceptable, but the kitchen is absolutely filthy.What a pity, because with some cleaning and attention the place would be a good option !

Great peaceful location tucked away yet only 10 mins if you walk along the beach to the bus station/ food shops. Room at the back looks straight out onto the garden & sea & you can hear the waves crashing as you go to sleep. Beach is just down a little path at the side of the garden. Jehan the owner was so friendly & helpful, took me straight to an opticians as I'd lost my glasses. Really relaxing stay & especially seeing fishermen pulling in the nets at sunrise. Thankyou Jehan for sharing your food & good company, I wish I could have stayed longer.

We were happy that this place could host us during the COVID times. The owner is very friendly and helpful. He allowed to use the kitchen. The location is great - by the beach.

The land between the room and the sea were not cleared. So we couldn't view the sea from the room.
