Hotel needs reconstruction. Far from 3 stars

Sometimes Hotels surprises us and this was definitely a nice Surprise. I was there in February - March 2022, Hotel was not busy but customers still get treated as best as ever. Staff is extremely polite and helpfull all the time, coffee and breakfast are a treat, cannot say about lunch & dinner as was not part of my pacakage. Giuseppe, the manager goes out of his way to help in anything you might need, exceptional! Rooms are spacious and clean, bathroom is great. My first experience in this hotel and I am happy to return again. Thanks for a lovely stay. Will recommend to anyone. Chris from Malta

The name of the hotel should be unhappy days. It is located in very remote area. Ants on the floor in third floor. Looks like hotel uses its remote location to overcharge for its extra services.

The staff was very welcoming. The place had an interesting feel to it, Something from an old Italian movie. The area is green and quiet, and generally nice. The sculptures in the garden were weird and funky, in a good way : ) The parking area was large and convenient. And I really liked the price!

Not easy to find. It was rather cold in the room, and the only source of heating was the air conditioning unit that worked somewhat erratically. The bathroom was cold, and the water took a long time to get warm (I had to let it run for a few minutes), and the shower booth was not very comfy, with only an overhead sprinkler that spilled water all over the bathroom whenever you opened the door to the booth to check whether the water was getting warmer. And worst of all, there was too much tobacco smoke everywhere outside the bedroom. The breakfast was VERY continental. Coffee and milk, I think, should be served in the opposite proportion - not a tiny receptacle of coffee, and a whole jar of milk. Although ... on my second day I missed that large jar of milk 'cause all I got was a thimble of coffee. Not even a glass of water. Bread that was generously served on my first morning at the hotel was conspicuously missing at my last breakfast. But then again, my whole experience was very much consistent with my expectations, given the price I paid (and that was the main consideration as i was on a tight budget for that trip).
