Había ración comida, amplia, ac, baño amplio y bien. Piscina, servicio de desayunos y comidas. 15 minutos andando a terminal domestic y en 5/10 minutos al lado de la zona de tiendas y playa

Die Lage war super! Direkt neben dem Flughafen, aber am Ende einer sehr sehr ruhigen Seitenstraße. Vielleicht 10min Fußweg! Der Pool mit vielen grünen Pflanzen herum war sehr angenehm und bot eine schöne Abkühlung... Terrasse am Pool!
Leider war das drumherum schon alles in die Jahre gekommen! Mit ein paar neuen Möbeln oder neuen Bezügen, sieht alles sicherlich viel einladender aus!
Preis war insgesamt genauso wie das Frühstück okay!
Die ganze Anlage fühlt sich "lieblos" an! Als hätte man keine Lust mehr! Merry Christmas hängt immer noch im "Frühstücksbereich"! Eher schlecht als recht hat man vorne zwischen der unordentlichen Rezeption und dem Bildschirm des Security, ein paar Tische fürs Frühstück hingestellt!
Verschiedene Schilder, Essenskarten, Kopierte Dokumente der Besucher, sowie Post & Pakete machen das Gesamtbild nicht schöner!
Die Zimmer waren etwas abgewohnt! Im Bad roch es streng nach Abfluss & dass Bad war echt hässlich!
Insgesamt sehr schade, da es wie immer viele viele Kleinigkeiten sind!
Auf dem Weg vom Flughafen zu dieser Unterkunft läuft man zwei Unterkünften vorbei, die zeigen wie es zum gleichen Preis besser geht!!! Einfach liebevoller...

O lugar é ok, bem próximo ao aeroporto para quem precisa pegar voo, tem o básico necessário.
Embora não houve nada muito absurdo, absolutamente todo e qualquer pedido que fiz aos funcionários foi negado. Pedi primeiro pra deixar as malas, coisa que faço em todos os lugares quase, e eles negaram, disseram que não tem guarda volumes. Havia comprado café da manhã (que não é nada demais, custo benefício ok, mas esperava mais pelas boas avaliações no booking), mas no dia que ia embora pegar o voo, meu voo era às 9:05. Logo, saí por volta de 6:30. O café só começa a ser servido às 8:00 (o que acho bem tarde), e NÃO abriram excessão. Pedi no dia anterior se podiam fazer algo, mas foram inflexíveis como em tudo o que pedi. Não disponibilizaram mais cedo (até aí tudo bem), não devolveram dinheiro do café pago, e pedi pra que pelo menos então dessem um desconto em outra refeição no dia anterior por eu saber que ia perder café, mas também não deram, realmente perdi o café e o valor pago.
Não houve nada absurdo de negativo na hospedagem, porém alguns dias antes fiquei no Wana Kubu Homestay que é bem próximo, e o atendimento e receptividade foram bem melhores, além dos móveis serem muito mais novos e o preço um pouco abaixo. Tinha valido mais a outra hospedagem.

Location is great, if you want to stay nearby the airport. The staff is very friendly. It is a good place to stay only for 1 or 2 nights before or after your flight.
The bathroom is smelly. You need to wait around 15 min to get hot-water shower. In general, the bathroom needs to be renovated.

Nice hotel very close to the airport, you can reach it walking 15 minutes.

Simple, comfortable room. Excellent value for money. Friendly staff, attractive common areas and very close to the airport. My plane arrived late, but they were happy to do a late check in for me (nearly midnight).

Excellent location for 1 night after flying in late, or before flying out early. Airport easily reachable by foot, 10-15mn walk (depending on fitness and luggage of course).

The room and bathroom are spacious and clean. They provide you with refreshments upon arrival. The room has everything we need for a comfortable stay, e.g. hair dryer, toiletries. It was a great overnight stay!
We were given rooms which were a bit of a walk from the entrance. The check-in of 3pm was a bit later than optimal. We weren't able to check-in at around almost 2pm when we arrived. Although they allowed us to leave our bags and took care of them and placed them in our rooms.

Only the pool area and pool itself unfortunatly
We payed for room with entrance straight from room to pool and with privacy,this was the room we liked and booked,and they gave us another where we had no privacy cause in the morning there were People having breakfast and there were we sitting and having the view od them,pretty awkward when you wake up and want to drink coffe in peace at your terrace.They didnt want to give za the room we payed and i knew that 2 od them were free.The room it self was small,with smell from some cheap small bowls they put on the bathroom,Like in public toilet not 4 star hotel,i needed to throw them just to get some sleep.I think it was not worth the money there are other better places.

It's an ideal location for a late arrival and/or early departure as it's very close to the airport. Check-in at 1 am was very friendly and quick. Quiet location. Bed very comfortable. Breakfast was served promptly (we made our selection at check in) near the reception area. Water dispenser in the lobby. Glas water bottle in the room.
It's a family property with Balinese Tempel and bale.
I would stay at the Kutaya again.
Our room was on the first floor, ok for the fit ones 😉

Very welcoming staff. Nice pool. Lovely grounds quiet surroundings. During outstrips aways from Bali and back we kept returning because it was like a home away from home.

The building is old,the location is very good specially if you are going to arrive to Bali or to departure,the breakfast is very poor as for lower price you can get more less similar room with better breakfast at least.
I think because we stayed for one night we had the worst located room in the hotel. The breakfast was really poor,I think they are trying to save as much as they can from everything there,the complimentary water that they had in the room was in a glass bottle which you can refill it (but nobody knows from where they refill it) so we didn’t touch it,when all the other hotels that we stayed in Bali for lower prices had the water in plastic bottles. Anyway the price doesn’t match with the product

the airport is close. room was clean and the bed.. fridge, mirror, balcony, breakfast. you can do your own coffee at their restaurant...there are plants and garden and communal swimming pool.. staffs were very nice.. there was this weighing scale for weighing our baggage which we cant find to other hotels, umbrella and everything...
the smell from the bathroom or the exhaust fan was not working.. aside from this, it is very nice to stay here from arriving at the airport or for departure. only it was hard for the first time to find the place because of its hidden place or inner area...

If you want to stay in a small family run complex, then this is it.
Loved this place for the convenience to airport.
Lovely clean comfortable rooms with a/c and fridge.
The relaxing peacefulness and lovely setting of the Kutaya.
Returning after a day in Kuta to have a wonderful refreshing swim in the pool. An added bonus.
This is our second stay here and shall definately return. Highly recommend this place. Absolute great value for money.
Bathroom is adequate. As is the breakfast. So for the money you pay a night , it is good.
