Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are well appointed and a decent size. It was neat and clean The breakfast was excellent

Other guests staying at the guesthouse was very loud late at night and the front door of the guest house were continually bring opened and closed. The Air-conditioning and DSTV was not working. I had to purchase a HDMI cable just to be able to connect my computer to the non-smart TV. There was no Flat Sheet (Top sheet) on the bed.

Very difficult parking and steep driveway.

Breakfast was okay, the WiFi was good, TV had good channels, water was hot and the house is safe.

The driveway is bad. I wouldn’t drive in with a small car. The room didn’t have a desk, I wanted to do some work and I couldn’t, the room was just too tiny, the mattress was uncomfortable, and the room had no windows for ventilation.

Not much you can do about it, but the steep uphill to the gate/entrance is a problem. The parking is also challenging. Getting out especially.

The King round bed suitable for The King and The Queen, and very comfortable. The Spa treatment was excellent we came out refreshed. And all the entertainment places were not far from Annie's

Would be great if kitchen staff can have proper chef's sort of dress code

The view was nice, the place was beautiful, and the staff was very friendly. Breakfast was amazing. There was a power outage but the manager still managed to feed all the guests. The place is central from a lot of the sightseeing activities in the area.

We found a few bugs in our room.

The entrance gate was not working. No parking and had to call for assistance. The sheets and pillowcases are torn. We found condoms in the box on the dresser. The door is broken. Blood on the white towel. Staff entered our room without our knowledge and consent. And we were then told that he removed a dead rat from the bathroom! They continuously wanted entrance to our room to fix something or another. My husband found eggshells in his breakfast muffin. We were overall extremely disappointed with having to pay R3000 and having such a poor experience.

I think we had the Best room (Slippery Room) Was my 1st time sleeping on a round bed and it was Awesome. Stuff was the Best and Breakfast was Brilliant 👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽... I would choose Annie's Guesthouse again if i visit Harties. The Garden Spa was Excellent and Relaxing that i also give a 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

Great dam view very quiet although in a main road. Great service from friendly staff. I had a great massage. Gift has gifted hands.

The parking is a bit awkward when entering the blue gate. I suggest you advise clients to park next door, it's much better. The water was cold when we showered before 8am. It will be a problem winter time.

The pillows had lost all shape so was not as comfortable as could have been.
