It was spacious. Close to the party street and not far from the center. Nice balcony.

It's kind of a isolated building at the end of a street. There was no one else in the property, so it was a bit creepy. There was a lot of flyes in the living room and we also found a huge cockroach at the bath. On our checkout it was not possible to leave our luggage for few more hours in the property. The host simply ignored my messages, without even saying it won't be possible...

- Great spacious apartment - It has all the facilities you need - Kitchen very well equipped, living room nice and spacious, balcony great size with tables on it - Bedroom is very spacious and well equipped - AC in both living room and the bedroom - Apartment had enough windows and natural light was great during the day - Location very close to the main partying/pubs street, but at the same time quiet enough - Bikes available to use for free - Free public parking available next to the apartments - Great communication with the owner

Everything was great, this is more of a small suggestion for improvements: Would be great to put one of those some small shampoo/shower gels in the bathroom, for guests to use. Doesn't cost much and it makes the difference.

It didn't have any coffee in

Most of all it was quiet - you couldn't hear the clubs but close to the center (about 5 minutes). Very good communication with the owner, all requests were made. New equipment, a lot of parking spaces next to it, new air conditioning that works very well both in the living room and in the bedroom, tv with netflix :)

Nothing, I will come back for sure again when I am in Cyprus.

The location is fantastic for convenience. Just far enough out of the party area for it to be quiet but an easy walk to the restaurants/bars. We hired a quad bike out and were able to park at the property as well which was very handy as we did prefer Nissi Beach and it was about a 40 minute walk, we did not use the free bicycles but probably could have if we preferred. We only cooked breakfast as we ate out most of the time but there was plenty of utensils for basic meals. Overall a really lovely stay! Thank you

It will be nice to have shelves for cosmetics, hooks for towels in the bathroom and sugar and salt in the kitchen

I highly recommend this place. On arrival very nice host welcomed us with a big smile:). We got earlier than agreed so he prepared our apartment right after our arrival without any problems. Location is very good as only 5-10mins walking distance from noisy Aipa Napa centre, but here very quiet. Very nice sea view from terrace (we stayed on 2nd floor). Apartment itself is very spacious, clean and comfortable. Equipped with everything you need from plates and pots to toster and even small cofee machine. Beds in bedroom and living room are big and comfy. Free parking just outside the building. Supermarket 2 minutes walking distance. Very good location for visiting local beaches ( by car). Not many tourist in june so even the centre of Aiya Napa was relatively quiet.

Perfect value for money. And in general a very nice place to stay.

location is good, public parking is for free also good location. Quite good view from window. in Covid time good possibility to cancel it for free, if it necessary.

dishwasher machine would be grate, the bed stands was almost broken, or may be screw was not properly tightened, we scare even sit on the bed
