Location of this b&b is great. - around 10 km from the center of the town - without traffic jams, quiet neighborhod. You can park a car in their locked backyard. Owners prepared a good breakfast and if you want something..just ask them.

It was one of my coldest night in my life (it was january)

Beautiful garden and a good location for the beach and the area Palese. The room is clean and has everything needed. The host is kind and a light breakfast is enough to start your day.

The room I got had only one small window under the ceiling. I had to turn on the conditioning otherwise there was no air in the room. The wifi worked well in the room but was unstable in the garden. The walls are pretty thin so heard what's been going on with the neighbours.

Room was clean and bed was big and comfortable. Very helpful host. We checked out at 6 am and it is not possible to eat breakfast before 7.30 am. I knew about it, so I have not claims. Taxi to the airport costs 15 EUR.

Small shower, noise behind the doors (you can hear people talking in the small garden outside). Narrow street in the front of the appartment - there is not pavement. It is difficult to find a place to park a car.

It was very clean, nicely prepared, contact with host was very good, check-in and check-out with no issue.

As I understand, most of the negative reviews are just because people do not understand what is B&B and how it works. The host is a nice lady, Ms. Luana, who really tried to make the stay comfortable. I would say, do not expect it to be a large city hotel, this is a very authentic place where you can feel a spirit of Italy. And the price-to-quality ratio is really great. The breakfast is not continental but rather is served in Italian way (some yoghurt, coffee and tea, bread and jams). Yet, it is not bad (again, do not expect the continental breakfat in B&B).

Of course there is always a room for improvement, but most of the things are so minor that I do not even want to pay attention to them here (moreover, I am not sure they are systematic). Maybe some cosmetic reparation could be done, but a the same time the imperfections that I saw are not disgusting, maybe even they give some charm :D Maybe one suggestion is to put some wine glasses in the room.

Sweet and very calm B&B. Near to the airport. The hoste is an italian woman very nice, very reactive, and welcome us at the last minut. The room was just perfect, very clean, very fonctionnal. I recommand this B&B. I will come back. Luana picked us up at the airport, and she was very attentive.

The only thing that I liked was the fact that i could had a place to Stay before boarding.

The location is not the best as it is far away from the airport and it is necessary to go by taxi as the accommodation doesn't have transfer. The host was not friendly and kind, She charged me more 30€ for my friend and didn't provided towels and breakfast for her (and only for a few hours as we needed to leave the accommodation at 5am). She told me to do self check-in as She couldn't welcome us personally, but then to charge the extra amount she could appear in person. The accommodation is not quite. The guests did noise all night and the train passed every hour, so we couldn't almost sleep. It was the worst way to end the holidays.

It is a good step to improve your check-in: to discuss with hosts how you perform a self-check-in, in particular, if WhatsApp is not installed on your mobile.

There was an extreme use of air refresher spray used. So much we had to open up the only tiny window in the room and leave the door open for a while before entering. Even when coming back at night the smell was way too intense. Using this spray always gives me the idea that the lack of actual cleaning has to be masked. This did not seem to be the case here, because the beds and bathroom seemed very clean. So I'd suggest to just clean the room as you do and not use this horrible air refresher!

The location was near the airport

The gate of the garden was opening directly in the road.So you have to be very careful. The decoration of the room was not very nice. We had to start early at about 6:30 so we have to miss the breakfast. The owner did not provide any snack.

I loved this place, it was very authentic and in an excellent location. The rooms are lovely, clean and there garden has a jacuzzi. Our host was delightful, really helpful and she served a lovely breakfast. The B and B is located in Palese but is a very short walk to the station so you can get into Bari within 15 mins and Polignano is only an hour away. Also the air con is the room was fantastic!

It was a very nice, spacious and well decorated room with private bathroom and air condition. Close to the sea. The host was very nice and helpful, even though she does not speak English :) Breakfast was nice, typically Italian.

I had problems at the beginning with opening the main door, but then it was ok and my stay was a pleasure.

Convenient to the airport (if the taxi driver made the right decisions going to the location:) ) - outdoor space, room was nice / cute

The bathroom was smelling very bad. The check in experience was bad. We were waiting for a very long time in the street to receive the code for the self check-in. Difficult to reach the staff.
