The apartment is very clean, well equiped (kitchen especially), beds comfy. The owner was really nice and she suggested some places to eat and by groceries.

Nice small house situated in the city center. Near to Ledras street and bus hub at Dionysios Solomos Square (both 10 min. by walk). Host was very helpfull, gave me recommendation on good restaurant and grocery store.

quiet, convenient location

This as a roomy and comfortable small house within the walls of the old town. It is just a few minutes walk from the main shopping strip and Brew Bar for the best coffee ever! There is plenty of seating and it is quiet and cool with an outside courtyard. Cooking facilities are good. We really enjoyed our stay here.

The area around the house looked a bit daunting at first but we had no problems at all in a five day stay. The hot water takes a bit of getting used to, like most places in Cyprus.

We like the facilities and house area. Location was perfect. The host was very friendly and always happy to help.

The shower need to be fix and the bed is too small for couple Mattresses and pillows are not comfortable There are a few insects

Located in city centre, spacious and well-equiped apartment. AC worked fine, the bathroom was clean, the kitchen was prepared for cooking. A modest but nice patio where you can have breakfast. The owners were helpful and open to give tips.

The bed frame was a bit movable, should be more firm.

Loved the place ! Located in a quiet street in the old town. Clean, comfortable, spacious and a cool retreat from the heat, with a cute back garden. Great host, met me very late at the property to let me in and orientate me to the little house and the area, always on hand, and responsive. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely loved staying here and an absolute gem of a place to stay, so pleased i stayed at Chris House as a base and conveniently located in the old town of Nicosia, easily walking distance to shopping, restaurants and bars, tourist attractions and tavernas, as well as for business amenities. If you like old authentic homes and buildings converted as a home , yet still retaining their authentic architecture, then please stay here, it really makes a huge difference when you stay in a local Cypriot house. You will not regret it, on the contrary , holiday or for business I was highly impressed by the place and its charm, both location and its size. I will certainly come back and will book very soon. I give it 10/10 for the stay, and Lefteris is a superb host, very kind, considerate , welcoming, and always there if you need support, guidance, advice and help. I highly recommend for visitors to stay here. Just one tip, look after it while your staying here , just as you would look after your own home. It is a very clean house and has all the amenities and facilities for use. The internet was superb, it has air-conditioning , fan , tv and I was able to work effectively and the cleanliness and comfort was excellent. Thank you very much, was a wonderful stay. I loved sitting in the back patio at night drinking a glass of wine and in the early morning having my coffee. Excellent place and excellent stay.

A very welcoming host who was ready to help out with anything. The property was large and clean with all the necessary facilities. The location was good as well, about 10min on foot to the main street. We were able to park right outside of the house for free, but if that's taken there is a 2eur/day parking nearby.

Only 1 bathroom, so might be an issue for large groups.

Clean, comfortable, everything worked as it should, and a great location. Ideally placed to wander on foot the old part of the city and its various sites of interest, with restaurants and cafes all within easy reach. It is also straightforward to wander into the northern part of the city, passport in hand, for further interest. The old part of the city (within the Venetian Walls) has quite a number old unoccupied buildings however, the place is safe to wander and unlike some places I’ve been to at no time was I bothered by anyone. The owner met me at the location and was very helpful, informative and approachable. If I return to Nicosia I would definitely stay here again!

Loved the fact it was a traditional style house but with modern day facilities and the the house was very clean and well equipped kitchen - including a washing machine. Host was great and easily contactable. We loved the fact it was close to Ledra Street and accessible on foot - took less than 10 minutes utes to get to the border/Green Line.

Not related to the house at all but the surrounding area didn't feel very safe at night, however, we didn't come across any problems and followed the hosts recommendation of sticking to the main, well lit streets on the way home. Did make us feel uncomfortable as numerous all male groups, especially at night.
