Everything was impeccable. Extremely clean, AC running excellent in all rooms, TV, wi-fi, everything running great. The breakfast was exceptional. The location is perfect to go anywhere, with convenience stores around for snacks and drinks. What I love the most was Julio and his wife, extremely sweet people.

I have nothing that I disliked about the property.

Amazing host, very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Superb spread for breakfast and extremely clean and large place with great facilities.

internet was a bit slow, and Friday night outside was very noisy until about 1am, but I think that was probably just bad luck.

Julio, the owner, was just wonderful. We don’t speak Portuguese, so we did just fine with English and Spanish. He was very helpful with all our questions. Lovely breakfast. Easy walk to bus stop to get to the falls or walk to domestic bus station to get to Itaipu.

things are closed up on Sunday so a bit far to get to open restaurants but Julio gave us a lift.

Studio Julio Cesar is a very clean and nice studio. We had a great stay. We felt like home. Beds were very comfortable. The room had a TV as well the living room. The WIFI worked perfect. The bathroom was spacious with hot water. Julio and his wife are very sweet and caring. They spoiled us, every morning Julio brought us Coffee and bread. Thank you Julio for being so kind to us🙏🏻. For sure, Is a place that We will stay again. Studio Julio Cesar is a perfect place to stay.

Exceptional hospitality! Mr Julio even drove us to the airport at 5 am, when we found out that Uber stopped working for us.
