We loved our stay at the Whitehouse. The location to the beach was phenomenal and we couldn’t ask for better service from Royal destinations team. This was our third time using Royal Destinations for our Florida trips and we have already booked with them again for next year. I highly recommended their service and the homes they help rent out. We look forward to moving over to Watercolor next year.

This house was a great layout with all the right things to make a wonderful last minute vacation to the beach. The management staff was easy to work with and provided a great stay! The house is so close to beach access and almost couldn't be any closer. It's very near Seaside and all kind of places to eat and shop within a short walk or bike ride. I would definitely look for this house again and use Royal Destinations.

We had a great time. To help future guests : the Wi-Fi password has to be capitalized, the coffee filters need to be the triangle type not flat bottomed, the batteries in the back bedroom remote need to be changed, someone should clean up the yard before guests arrive-we had to pick up dog poop when we first arrived. Response was good when we emailed with a problem but not good when we called. Also, the front porch was very sandy and dirty. Couldn’t find a broom to clean it off.

House was adorable and perfect for our group! We loved the location and proximity to beach access! Beds were comfortable, and lots of fun memories made! We would love to come back :)

We arrived to trash in the yard, the house was filthy!! The trash can, cook top, dishwasher door..ALL were broke…the overhead fans were coated in dusted, the showers had noticeable mold. Their were bugs in the refrigerator…The slipcovers on the furniture were very dirty! The pool is SMALL…not even a pool. The garden hose just ran in the pool with cold water! Wash machine had mold inside. We had to leave after 2 days and even though Royal Destination’s agreed with everything we showed them they have refused to return our money. We lost 2 days of our vacation and had to rent another house.

Overall great. We were there to share the thanksgiving holiday with our family and some friends staying near by. The location was great and the house was just right for our dog because of the front and back fencing. Couple things to note is the lack of closets in the downstair bedrooms. The house feels a little worn and could use a refresh. It needs a deep clean. The master bedroom was very nice but the shower head didn’t work properly and should be replaced with a regular shower head instead of a hand held. We loved the ease of the house and the location to the beach and seaside was fantastic.

If you are looking at this property book it fast! Beautiful fenced in yard, awesome screened porch, just a few steps away form the beach. Conveniently located a few blocks away from the heart of seaside. Don’t be fooled by the square footage, as this home’s layout may the space feels larger and very comfortable. We definitely will be back!

The White House is a charming home in a near perfect location. When we arrived the first thing we noticed is that the screened in porch is in need of paint. In addition, the pool area needs a good pressure wash. So much for the negatives, on the positive side the interior is bright and airy. The kitchen is small but had everything we needed. Location is perfect. Walking distance to Seagrove Market and Seaside. The fenced in front and back yards were a great plus for our two dogs. The management team was very responsive to a couple of small issues we had.

Perfect getaway
We spent the four nights on this beautiful property. Although it is an older property, the owner’s renovated and updated the house tastefully well. It’s within walking distance of the town of Seaside where there are shops and restaurants. As far as location, this is optimal. It’s located on the busy main road leading in to town, but road noise was not an issue. The room with the double bed was small but we expected it to be as the pictures clearly showed it. My only criticism is that the porch could use a coat of paint, but other than that, the house was perfect for us.

My family & I totally enjoyed our stay at the White House. It was very comfortable & accommodating for our family of ten. We thoroughly made good use of the front porch playing games & loved having the fireplace on. The location was so close to the beach & made the trek there so much easier with a toddler & baby. We will definitely love staying here again. The only complaint was the daybed sheets had not been changed & there was sand on it. The staff came & took care of that after we informed them.
