We always love staying in this area for the accessibility of the beach, dock and cut.

We had a good experience overall with this property. There are a few things I would have liked to have known keep before choosing it though. First of all when they say they provide access to boat parking, they simply mean you can tie your boat to the dock. You are not provided with a boat slip, just access to tie up anywhere along the dock if there is room. Also the property was great, very clean, but the home itself is at the very end of a gated community and takes about 10-15 minutes to get to the house once you’ve entered the gated community. Overall once you cross the bridge to St George Island it’s still about a 30 min drive to the property given its location at the end of the island/gated community. Otherwise we had a great stay. The island was beautiful!

It worked well with the 5 Beds and Baths. Everyone had their own space. The screened in garage was great!

Host went out of his way to make our visit to SGI a success!

My family and I had the best time over the Christmas break! The house was really spacious and clean, plenty of room to fish off of the shared dock, and the neighbors/other renters were very welcoming. The owner was a pleasure to work with and very responsive! We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time with our multi-generational family over Thanksgiving. We went to the beach several times (short walk), and rode the boat over to Little St. George for a beautiful shelling trip. It's a very quiet area, and a well-kept house. I would stay there again. Thank you!

We loved the view of the bay as well as fishing off the dock. We caught lots of fish (mostly catfish but some trout and others as well). We got to see gorgeous sunsets every night - what a treat. . Perfect location and view. We enjoyed the pool as week and being so close to the beach near the cut. The kitchen was well stocked with all that we needed. The house felt very private and comfortable. My only complaint was the amount of dog hair we found, but as this is a pet friendly rental, I should have expected that. We just washed/swept extra to get rid of it. Thanks for a great stay and lots of wonderful memories.

Our stay on SGI was lovely. The owners were attentive to our concerns and were good at getting back with us throughout our stay.

Check in and out was a breeze. This property was the perfect location for a quick boat trip to the gulf. The dock was a great place for relaxing and watching the sunset. The property had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation.

We absolutely loved this property! It was super secluded and private, the owner was very prompt with communications and made for an amazing family vacation.

This house is amazing! I can't believe any of the reviews saying otherwise. The owner was awesome, and a lot of fun. We came to the house by boat, and the owner met us on the pier to help out. We needed it, since the tide was strong and I had to learn how to tie the boat up. Everyone loved the house and the awesome view. We caught more fish off the pier than we did the boat. We caught as many 150 pound plus sharks off the pier we cared to catch. It was awesome fishing. The cut is about a 1 minute boat ride, right next door. We watched people come from miles around, since the cut is the place to fish. The house was very clean, and looks better than the pictures. We had access to great biking and hiking, we were able to walk to the beach and the cut. The beach was a 5 minute walk, and had all kinds of shells. There's shells everywhere. I would definitely recommend this to anyone I know. Staying here is like staying on a tropical island, but Apalachicola is only a 25 minute drive away to do all the shopping and get fresh shrimp right off the boat.Love everything about the place, and loved the owner.

We are repeat customers and absolutely love this house. It's location in Plantation is hard to beat! The men and boys enjoyed fishing off the dock every night. The teenagers loved the pool and riding bikes all over. I enjoyed cooking in the well appointed kitchen. I have no complaints, even though the AC went out on the top floor a day into our trip. Chelsey, the property manager and George, the owner, took care of us in as timely a manner as possible. If you are a first-timer to SGI, you will fall in love with any home in Plantation, but Seaside Treasure is our favorite!
