I had an excellent stay at this hotel! The staff truly made the experience exceptional. Every team member I encountered was friendly, polite, and always ready to help. Whether I needed recommendations, assistance with my room, or just a warm greeting, they exceeded my expectations. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable. The combination of great service and a welcoming atmosphere made my stay truly memorable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a comfortable and stress-free experience. I wanted to extend a heartfelt thank you to some of the outstanding staff members who made my stay extra special. Oumaima, Lamia, Hafid, Malika, Zakaria, Majda, Younes, Abdellah and Meriem. were all incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive throughout my visit. Their professionalism and warmth truly enhanced my experience, and I’m grateful for their efforts.

L'emplacement est parfait, à proximité de nombreux sites touristiques. Le service était impeccable, le personnel était très attentif à nos besoins. Swimming in not clean. Misinformation of hotel owning fitness. No such thing. Hotel room Fridges need replacing I believe all the same so warm. But as always reception and kitchen staff amazing wonderful people God bless them. They deserve promotion or pay rise.

The pool was freezing cold

The rooms where up to standard. Kept up with the cleanliness.

It was hard because most staff didn’t speak English. But they did try their best to communicate. Unfortunately the lift. Was under maintenance for some time during our stay and we had a scare in the lift when we wee there. The breakfast became quite repetitive with not so many options but it was ok.
