great location! The apartment is in the center of Colmar.

I booked two suites, but when I checked in, I realized they were not in the same building and it was a 5-minute walk, which made it inconvenient to be with friends. Additionally, the quality of the two suites are different. One suite is very clean and new, and the other suite is very old and has a strange smell.

Lo staff (signora bionda) imbarazzante in termini di comunicazione ed educazione. Arriviamo e facciamo fatica ad entrare in comunicazione con lo staff (già per messaggio aveva risposto in maniera fredda, scortese e senza neanche un saluto: aspettiamo 20 minuti al freddo alle 20 di sera dopo un viaggio da Milano e dopo un po' la signora risponde al telefono dicendo che le chiavi sono nel box ma aprendolo scopriamo che non ci sono. Ci manda ad un altro indirizzo, quello di booking si riferisce alla reception, la casa è a 300 metri almeno, e con le valigie ed un bambino piccolo non sono pochi. Il parcheggio che ci ha indicato non è quello più vicino alla casa bensì alla reception, quando avevo chiesto espressamente quale fosse il più vicino all'appartamento. Già il fatto che non si sappia dove sia questo appartamento non è il massimo. La casa è al quarto piano in realtà, perché una volta arrivati alla porta di ingresso, si entra ma si deve salire ancora di un piano per arrivare alla zona giorno. La casa è ghiacciata, non ci sono armadi, i letti sono infilati in ex sgabuzzini col tetto spiovente, in camere fredde (nessuno ci ha spiegato come accendere i tre caloriferi, uno non si è acceso), il bagno è un frigorifero e lo scalda asciugamani non si accende (anche qui non ci è stata data una mano per farlo andare). Al piano sopra la zona giorno c'è una stanzina con un letto di una piazza e mezza sempre senza armadi, e un altro letto infilato a caso in anticamera. Totale 6 posti letto, 3 in sgabuzzino. La cucina è carina ed attrezzata, la macchina del caffè non fa espresso. La doccia è sporca e la tenda non è così igienica.. Una volta restituita la chiave (sono dovuto tornare alla reception distante 300-400 metri) la signora si fa trovare fuori, prende la chiave e torna dentro senza neanche un saluto di circostanza, una cosa mai vista. Imbarazzante la sua maleducazione che già ai primi contatti si era notata.

Confortabil, central, linistit, elegant, utilat. Spatiul amenajat perfect pentru odihna, dar si servit o gustare si o ṣedere in living. Curat si placut!

Excellent location in the old part of town, close to all the restaurants, the canal, a supermarket. Easy to park the car in the street for a very reasonable fare. The apartment is nice and clean. One can open the windows on both sides with bars in the bedroom windows.

The beds are okay but not very comfortable but then I am rather fussy.

0. The manager lady had a strong attitude at the check in time and gave a different unit from the one I booked. 1. The unit they gave us one wash really inconvenient for my family. It was 3rd floor and had three more floors inside. It is very difficult to bring a baby stroller up and down every day. 2. If you are taller than 5'10", you will not be able to stand straight in all the bedrooms. 3. The floor is very dirty; if you wear socks and walk around the apartment once, your socks will become black. There is dust everywhere. 4. All the screws are loose on the drawers, cabinets, and even the top spiral staircase. The screws are loose and shaking when you walk. 5. In 2023, you still need the manager to come to your appointment for a check-out? It feels like going back to the 1990s. 6. The manager came late for the check-out appointment. We almost missed our train.

Beautiful house with so much character in the heart of Colmar. Rooms were nice - main bedroom is spacious & kids room is not bad with 2 single beds. Living area & kitchen is comfortable with everything you might need to cook & relax on the comfy couch. She was also so kind to let us check out late without extra charge.

There was a smell of cooked fish in the living room/kitchen upon our arrival that lingered for a while.
