Truly lovely hosts. Spring water to drink. Heaters provided in every spacious room. Great view from patio. The children will love the sleeping arrangements. Fabulous fully equipped kitchen to make good food with fresh produce bought from Lucky Supermarket that is just 20min drive away. Outdoor BBQ. FANTASTIC! Takahashi cheese tarts and milk pudding, Hari bakery, Pi-kan roll pizza, Makari Onsen, all just short drive away. The cats, dog and chooks live in harmony. We will come again!

Toilets only on level 1. Not good for those allergic to pets and tree bugs.

Extremely friendly and local staff. Perfectly located between Rusutsu and Niseko. Many mornings our host brought us to the ski resort and picked us up after. If your focus is to enjoy the nature of Hokkaido, No track is the perfect place.

We would recommend to rent a car for the time there

Cute kitties and helpful staff who told us about where to go to rent kit for skiing/snowboarding. The shared women's toilets were clean.

Hmm. A warmer reception at the start and a room that could have been a bit tidier and cleaner. My surprise at a slept-in unmade bunk in our room was met with a giggle and wasn't corrected during our 2-night stay. Kleenex in the bin from a former occupant? Not sure if anything could be done about it but stink bugs that kept falling from the ceiling. Curious.

Great hosts, great cats, nice people, comfortable living room and beds, facility clean and great, well equipped kitchen, parking right in front, had some great recommendations for sentos and ski/ snowboard rental!

They had bugs coming out of the firewood, because it got so warm, they told us about it, wasn't a big problem for us.

slept next to the owner with 2 crying children & the heavy heavy kitchen door being smashed every 30 minutes all night, got zero sleep even after we kindly asked the owner to close the door instead of smashing it. no breakfast (despite the rating & statements on booking.com), really cold house, really dirty sinks & kitchen with cats on the kitchen table crying for food, no towels, no English, really overpriced

the hosts were super kind and were willing yo help out with our problems. The house had a really nice and friendly vibe.
