We had beautiful view, and the lake was right at front of our apartment. I love the small terrace where we used to have breakfast. We traveled around cities in Lake Como and the train station and bus station were very close, around 15 min. by walk, which was great.

The design of the room was beautiful and exactly like the photographs. The view was amazing and within walking distance to Lecco where we attended a wedding. Very clean and extra little touches to make your stay more comfortable. Good communication from the vendor throughout our stay. The views were stunning.

The only criticism I had was the bed was very uncomfortable. Far too hard.

The only fault was the sliding bathroom door was sometimes difficult to open/shut and sometimes the heating would come on by itself (it was summer so not needed)

Excellent host Facilities were perfect, everything you needed including washing machine. Facilities were clean and in excellent repair This view is directly across the road from the apartment. Small beach below and a few minutes walk. Restaurants and bars a few minutes walk away

We knew it was on the other side of the lake from the town when we booked but was about 15 to 20 minutes fast walk to town centre, ferry etc which was a bit of a pain after a long day out. The lake views from the outside seating area were hampered by tall trees but then they were probably need for privacy as you are on the main road.

I don’t know if I need to say more than that it was our second time in that apartment?! The magnificent location, very nice and clean apartment, great host, and a very pleasant price. I hope to be there next year as well!

All guests had their own table outside in front of their own door. The traffic noise is quite loud outside, as well as inside.

Lecco is already an extremely beautiful city. The pictures you see is the edge of the lake in the gallery by this host. There is no private bathing place so don't get carried away by others comments. Accommodation was moderate I would say. Not fresh as in the pictures. But of course clean.

Those who wants to book this place need to be mindful of following points. 1. They are not clear about the rooms in pictures, they have several rooms to rent out. It has less privacy if you go as couples. Sofa bed cannot handle if you are over 75kg. You will have to communicate beforehand. Pick the room pictures and communicate. Otherwise you will get 2 bunker beds in your main bed room side along the double bed! 2. This place has no parking. If you have large bags and take buss, 1.5 km walk from station, from bus station 10 mts walk. 3. If you travel to this side of Como, PLEASE CHECK THE WEATHER REPORT, right before, as those mountains are super high and I got caught to a massive thunder storm when I had to take bagges and had to walk to the room. Tropical weather thunder storms I have never seen in Sweden, Finland. 4. NO TAXIS AVAILABLE. Keep this in mind. No one comes in the morning or evenings. Best is that you stay elsewhere and take a day trip in this area. I think its not worth the trouble. If you like to stay then mindful of your luggage situation and transport.

The view and location is why you should stay here. You cross the road and you are on the lake. The promenade is wonderful. Close restaurants. Road traffic is not an issue. Air con good. Shower is lovely. WiFi good. Check in simple.

I would have liked some coffee to be available. Sofa bed is adequate.

Those sensitive to noise may be disturbed in the evening/night by the noise of motorcycles, as the accommodation is directly on the road.

Location. Location. Location. The check in was very easy and the place was clean. Kitchen contains the very basic necessities. (Paid) Parking is 3min walking

The place could use some fixes (e.g. screw closet knobs and doors tight again, fresh layer of paint in the bath because almost zero ventilation there). Kitchen doesn't even have salt (which is okay but after reading so much praise I expected more). I was ignorant when looking at the pictures but there is a fairly busy street in front of the house, so it can get loud from 6am until 8pm

Great location near to lake and promenade. Nice patio with lake and mountain view. Big apartments and easy check in .New conditioners in all rooms. Good wifi. Cheap parking near to apartment ( 3 minutes walk) . 5 minutes on the car to big supermarket (Bennet) .

Old apartments and requireat least cosmetic repairs, Im stay in apartment number 3 (purple) . Need repair door to bedroom, bot easy to open . Problem with heat water , the water is heated by a gas column and one day there must have been a weak pressure and the heater was turned off all the time. For the micro , kettler and electric stove only one power socket . old bed creaks a lot.

Breathtaking panoramic views of the lake and Lecco. Lovely room design with Italian flair. Clear instructions for check-in and finding free parking. A nice bonus from the owner - a bottle of wine. Comfortable beds and very clean apartment. I recommend this apartment for a few days stay.

Noise from passing cars. Little natural light in the apartment. There is no central heating, but this inconvenience is felt only in winter. A single outlet for all appliances in the kitchen. I recommend to equip the kitchen with towels and salt.

The accommodation is very nice, it's right in front of the lake Malgrate, and surprisingly less crowded compared to Como. So, if you are the person who likes more tranquility this is the best place.

We came as a family with two children eight and ten years old, I think the place was little bit tiny for us. There's only one bed and one sofa bed. There's a leakage of the faucet, the owner should change it. Internet was OK but a little bit slower.

Everything was great. It's near the lake, the views are amazing.

The location was beautiful. Ramona was very helpful. She even changed my apartment due to my scooter and lack of walking skills.

The parking is down the street. The street noise is rather loud.
