Location is lovely. One member of the staff, the youngest one, is very nice and friendly.

Our apartment was uncomfortable and not clean. It cannot be considered as 4 stars hotel. Couldn't sleep as there are no shutters on the skylights above the bed. Sofa bed old and uncomfortable. It's a pity because the location is so nice and the building is beautiful!!

Great location, only a short walk to the center of town. The room was comfortable, clean and spacious. The included breakfast had lots of options and was delicious....

Very helpful staff, good amenities, and decent breakfast (especially if you are early enough to catch the whole deal). The property has many parking places and a bus stop nearby, which proved to be very useful.

The kitchen in the suite could benefit from newer and more varied cutlery and dinnerware.

I had a very unpleasant experience regarding breakfast. I found human hair in several preparations made by them on site. The friend I travelled with couldn't even eat breakfast even though we paid for it. The owner's attitude was totally disappointing, but also the attitude of the receptionist, who I understood was also the cook. Their reaction was ... "and what do you want me to do?" Certainly, the bathroom was not equipped with the endowments of a 4-star location. The bath kit was completely missing (no slippers, no bathrobe ...), and the bathtub after a short time overloaded and gave out. I wonder, if this location is classified with 4 stars on Booking, why only 3 are mentioned on the invoice!?

Having a baby and many luggages I would have loved to have a lift to use instead of climbing 2 floor stairs to get to the room. Also parking is a bit far from hotel when having many luggages (maybe 70-100m away).

The host is really nice person, breakfast was awesome! I reccomend the place!

The room was big, clean, comfortable, same the bathroom. Breakfast is also very good and all the coocked food. But most we liked the property vibe and especially Marian which is a part of the staff, verry friendly, customer oriented and always with a big smile on his face!
