Outlook and location

location was excellent, white goods new and excellent condition, easy to use. Great view. Facilities all comfortable.

No washing line to hang out wet towels, bathers etc. This is essential when on a beach holiday.There were clothes racks but they were rusty and did not want to use incase got rust marks on clothes , towels etc. Did not use Outdoor furniture as it didn’t look clean. Property could probably do with a bit of a freshen up overall (ie paint inside, new carpet, linen) as it was looking a bit tired.

the location was fantastic

the property was a little tired and run down, given the photos in the advert...just a paint and refresh would make the world of difference, also lots of signage about losing the bond, must clean etc, given i arrived and had to wipe down all the surfaces and cupboard fronts, and the property wasnt pristine, this was a little off putting

Lovely view and close to beach.

The beds did not enable anyone to get a good night sleep Had to run lapse in the shower to get wet. Poor water pressure.

The property is in obvious need of internal painting in many areas, as well as some maintenance/repair work and some refurbishment.
