The place was clean, and for the amount of money paid worth it.

It was in middle of nowhere, I didn't realise it would be so far from the lake District. There isn't much to do in the area and not many options to eat.

We had a brilliant holiday. Cannot fault the apartment, apart from very minor things with wall paper coming off the ceiling.. But it certainly didn't spoil our holiday. The apartment was absolutely spotless. Very white ironed, crisp clean bed linen, towels and tea towel. It was very comfortable. Ample storage. We washed the towels and tea towel that we used and I vacuumed before we left. The surrounding areas unfortunately let's it down, as it's quite rundown, but that's council that needs to invest in such lovely buildings in doing them up. Fixing steps and doorways and clearing the area of rubbish. It has the potential of being a beautiful area to stop. We had a great time at the apartment. Definitely will recommend it. Just the actual area really, it needs investing in. It has the potential of being beautiful if it was cleared of rubbish on the streets and roads, hand piled outside houses and apartments, not ours but others in the area. Just needs money plowing into the area.

the property was nice and good value for money

I got told I could park outside the property free, but I got parking ticket for doing this…. was told by person on phone it’s only 2 hours…. so why tell me it’s free… and why would I leave my car in car park

Everything, spacious apartment, clean and tidy

Parking!!!! None available unless you have a resident permit. Had to park 10 mins walk away because on site, everywhere not allowed to park 9am-6pm.... £70 a night, no brekky, no parking, on an industrial estate! OK, if you don't mind being in the middle of nowhere, in a built up concrete apartment block with contractors who mainly stay there.. and only have hand luggage as a suitcase is a long way to drag from parking area 10 mins walk away ..

The room was very comfy and clean in arrival making my stay much nicer than I expected for the price.

Not near many places so you may need to go out of your way to walk a bit if you don't have a car but they made this clear from the start.
