Sehr großzügiges Ferienhaus in ruhiger Wohngegend mit gepflegtem Grundstück, dass keine Wünsche offen lässt. Man kann Grillen, sich sonnen, baden und im schattigen Bereich sitzen, spielen oder essen. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet. Es fehlt nicht an Equipment in der Küche, an Handtüchern, Kissen oder ähnlichem. Wir waren sehr gern dort.
Die Couch im Wohnzimmer ist für vier Personen etwas eng. Für sechs gäbe es nicht genug Sitzplätze. Aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau, denn ansonsten waren alle Bereiche sehr großzügig gestaltet und wunderbar.
Die Lage ist etwas abseits der City, aber das wussten wir ja bei der Buchung.

Really spacious, lots of indoor and outdoor space, very well equipped kitchen, great facilities, 6 bikes available for getting about, nice big pool, glorious sunshine and fast acting air con in the Villa! Quiet residential area. You can hire a car and easily get to many of the big tourist attractions such as Krka waterfalls, Plitvice lake, and across to the islands as they are all within an hour or two.
There wasn’t much not to like! It is a little way out of the main town but there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. And Ubers are really affordable in Zadar if you don’t want to walk.

Brilliant and spacious, pool was lovely and everything super clean
Bikes could have been in better condition for cycling into town but very small detail

3 rooms with 2 bathrooms and one extra toilet. Clean beds and sheets and plenty of sheets.
The villa looks like the pictures and the descriptions.
Enough equipments in the kitchen.
On the floor there was a bottle cap and champagne cork..
So the cleaning is not fully proper.
The villa needs renovation, many stuff are broken or very old so they might break soon.

Everything, very clean and nice house, perfect private pool, very well equiped kitchen, shop close to the villa, very helpful and pleasant host.

The house is in a very quiet residential area. Not a tourist area. The neighbourhood is mixed - some lovely properties but also some are derelict e.g the house opposite

The neighbors behind the villa even when the kids were playing in the pool which made you feel uncomfortable and not be able to really relax we were only ever out there late morning and usually in by 4pm and the kids were only laughing or splashing but he still come to the fence and compliain we didnt even play music in the garen because of trying go be respectful this really did put a dampner on a family holiday
