Everything was just perfect, convenient room and balcony with a great view and hosts, who made us feeling as we were the most important quests in the world. :-) Last but not least: the owner`s home made red wine - exellent!

The location is great! The employees were quite caring and kind. The room was quite comfortable. We were very pleased. If I come to Batumi again, this is the only place I will want to stay. Thank you.

To be honest, there are no cons.

Khatia and her father were super helpful and friendly. Location was great. Room was clean. We had really good time in this place.

It was a wonderful stay. The location is perfect, in the heart of the old city. Warm and polite householders, they have create an additional atmosphere on weekend. If someone will stay a negative feedback you should to know that it’s wrong. If that house is free for booking, even don’t think, just book, you won’t regret.

VERY FRIENDLY staff. Very understanding and helpful! They allowed us to stay until 6pm before even we asked. The room was VERY clean +++ for cleaning. The bed was comfortable. The room was very spacious. We felt safe and was taken care of!

Since you are at the very heart of city, slightly noisy during events. There is isolation to some extend and I think it is OK. I'm usually disturbed by noise but I was able to sleep. This is no hotel. It is a guest house. There is no reception. Just for info. The facilities are not like a 5 star hotel. But this was inline with my expectations and photos.
