close to the beach, location was great and staff helpful and super friendly. there is a space where one can warm up food as needed. the refrigerator in room is big and fit beverages. we were offered daily cleaning which is unusual during covid (most hotels and bed and breakfasts no longer do it).

room was on the slightly smaller side. as the adult in the group (and traveling alone with 3 rambunctious kids ages 7 to 12) I could’ve used slightly more space and at times felt tight… but you don’t get to spend that much time in room anyway (too much to do in Ubatuba), and if you ask the kids, they will tell it was their favorite hotel in all 3 cities we stayed, and they felt cozy and comfortable. i did notice there were bigger rooms, so perhaps it was just how I booked it. in the end it was still a great value for money

I like the owners (the couple). The first night the man took us to the room and explained everything very well. The room was clean and big enough (we were two people having 1 double and 1 single bed). We were not sure about internet before our arrival, because there were some bad comments from the year 2019, however, it was working perfectly. Since we need internet to work, it satisfied our expectation. There is a TV in the room with Netflix, beds are super comfortable and the rooms have sea view. The sea is even not 1 min by walking. Very good location. It is silent and calm place. The woman (I forget the name :( ) was so helpful. She even took me to the bus station since I had trouble to find taxi. They lived in US, so they are able to speak perfect English. It is a nice place for international people. I highly recommend!

Friendly people, but waste of money.
