only the pizza at the restaurant

The owner of the place, Francesco, is very nice and very helpful, The place is not maintained, there is no feedback to previous opinions, There are no hooks for towels in the shower, no shelf near the sink, very dark lighting in the shower,no flow of hot water There is no garbage can in the room, no bedside table, no space to open suitcases, no shelves in the closet Breakfast includes coffee and croissants only, and this is also served at the neighborhood bar 5 minutes' walk away not recommended !!

The breakfast at a cafe bar across the road was first class. The room was like brand new. The person who let us in was welcoming. Pizza restaurant closed due to being refurbished but given other options in town

Its a good place to stay. staff of the hotel is so nice. They help us so much. restaurant in the hotel is under consturaction so they forward us to cafe very close to hotel about 2 min walk.

I have stay for just one night it was comfortable and I didnt have time to critisize the hotel.

The whole place was under reconstruction. No ordinary reception, no ordinary paperwork, no restaurant and breakfast facilities, water was out momentarily in the morning, no (!) staff available at checkout.

The room was renovated and it had a window. Furthermore, we had a private bathroom. The parking was also included for free. Breakfast is served in a very cool bar, near the villa and it was wonderful.

There was a smell in the room that was giving the impression of it not being very clean. There were no places to hang the towels.

So much that it overshadowed any complaints I might have had.

It's not perfect but the experience of the stay makes you forget about it. The staff is excellent. All of them.

Very friendly and enthusiastic landlord. Thanks Francesco! Very nice, fresh and well cleaned room. Very good price for the Como area although 10 km away. Surprisingly good dinner, with eg. HUGE pizzas.

No hooks for towels etc. in the bathroom. Breakfast was good but limited (coffe, juice and croissant).

Clean rooms although a bit dark. Allows you to be early at the Suisse border crossing and avoid the traffic jams. Como is still 20 minutes away by car.

I had to wait 40 minutes to get a table at the restaurant. Make sure you book one if you plan to eat there on a Saturday night
