Goed bed, authentieke details in de kamer, goed ontbijt en heel vriendelijk personeel (toen de stoppen eruit sprongen werd dat snel opgelost)
Het is een vrij gehorig pand (je hoort veel van de kamer naast je, de gang en de bovenverdieping). Pand heeft geen CV. Er was een los elektrisch kacheltje maar dat is niet ideaal (als je thee zet en de kachel staat aan dan kunnen de stoppen dat niet aan...)

Perfect located in the centre of the town.
Excellent breakfast
Some of the cables are lined along the floor in front of door openings. I would recommend to re-route them along the door to prevent tripping.
The rooms are very noisy there if possilbe look for more sound insulation options. However, I do understand the challenge with these old buildings.

Everything was amazing! very clean, quiet room! lovely big breakfast every morning. Every day they cleaned and made the bed. All hotel staff are great! I recommend to everyone! when we left they gave us a present, a lot of delicious!

Everything was perfect! The place has a lot of character and the hosts were amazing! Bed was extra comfortable, the breakfast very good, the location perfect in the centre of Dokkum, really an amazing little gem <3

Breakfast was big, so there was enough for a lunch to go (grenola bars, bread, fruit, etc.). The host is nice. We always got cake or cookies in the afternoon as well. Free public parking is available and there were usually a lot of free spaces to park (weekends might be busier). The room is big enough, and there were plenty of towels.
A hair dryer would have been nice. The sweet breakfast breads seemed a bit stale. Some of the extension cords are older and exposed wires. The walls (to the outside and also inside the house) are thin, so light sleepers might need earplugs.

A rather dark but comfortable room in the attic of an ancient building, which met my modest needs well. Beware very steep steps to get up there, and don't expect business hotel glitz. Very friendly welcome, and a good breakfast. Safe parking spot for the bike. Located in the heart of Dokkum.
