I’m gluten intolerant so there was plenty for me to eat and staff were great helping me .. enjoyed it thank you .

The open reception area with bar, eating area and comfortable seating area. It was great to have the restaurant available. The food was very good. The staff were really helpful & friendly.

Wir sind Urlauber, die ein Basislager aufschlagen, um von dort die Umgebung zu erkunden. Das war von Dundee und insbesondere vom Hampton aus sehr gut möglich. Das Frühstücksbuffet war umfangreich und lecker, das Personal sehr serviceorientiert, zum Teil herausragend zugewandt und immer darauf aus, einem den Aufenthalt zu verschönern. So hat der Morning-Manager uns ab dem zweiten Tag immer schon automatisch die Espressotassen von der Bar gereicht, die es beim Frühstücksbuffet nicht gab. Und als ich mir bei einer Wanderung in den Highlands das Knie verdreht habe, bekam ich Coolpacks organisiert.

Als wir einmal den Overflow-Parkplatz nutzen mussten, war die Erläuterung, wie die Bezahlung funktioniert, leider so unverständlich, dass wir am Ende für 24 Stunden sowohl den Parkplatz als auch das Hotel bezahlt haben und von der Mitarbeiterin nicht aktiv angeboten wurde, die Hotelparkplatz-Gebühr zu streichen. Das war aber tatsächlich das einzige Manko bei einem ansonsten wundervollen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel.

Everything about this hotel should have been excellent as it is a Hilton. The staff were great, parking was easy, the room was stunning with a great view and the bar in the evening was very sociable. Everything you expect and always get from a Hilton which why we booked two out of our 8 hotels for this trip.

Unfortunately the breakfast was shocking. I can't find any other word. Not staff in the breakfast room (one distressed girl eventually appeared later), lay your own table once you figured out what to do, orange juice was undrinkable and the rest of the food was rubber. Scrambled eggs dissolved into water at the touch. Coffee was nice from the machine. If this was a hostel I would be disappointed but for a Hilton - shocking.

I love the modern facilities, the spacious room, very clean bathroom, the breakfast set up was really beautiful too. I must commend the staffs, they were super friendly, smiling all through and kind. Will definitely visit again.

It was disappointing in comparison with Hampton by Hilton in Belfast & York. Basic room and bland decor - nothing memorable. Only 2 large towels provided for 3 of us. Poor quality food at breakfast - tinned fruit and watery scrambled egg. Felt like we overpaid (£187 / night).

There was a constant beeping noise from the kitchen that travelled to room 119. I had to complain 6 times over 3 days. I imagine rooms next to ours suffered the same problem. The noise woke us up early in the morning and continued on late in to the night. The staff only offered us a free drink to compensate for beeping noise. I hardly think this is just as it woke us up very early in the morning and didn't stop until late at night. We were there 3 nights. The staff also failed to put my complaint in the handover so had to complain again in the morning to a whole new set of staff. Since covid-19 I feel that many hotels around the world especially Hampton by Hilton are offering a much lesser service but still charging way more. Something is eventually going to give/break. There is also very little healthy options at the breakfast such as vegetables and they only serve apples and bananas in terms of fruit. Though you are in Dundee so not exactly the health capital of Scotland.

Si acaso que nos costo aparcar aunque al lado hay zona regulada por parquimetro.

Our stay was very pleasant , room was spacious and had everything we needed

Pillows were too soft. Breakfast can be a little chaotic. Not all cooked items were 'hot', but food is good quality. The room door latch didn't catch properly. When reported at checkout, I was told maintenance was already aware! Would have been nice to have been made aware at check-in!

Room was great. Staff were great and very helpful. On site parking was a blessing.

The breakfast was disappointing. Undrinkable orange juice and a limited range of cooked items - no mushrooms or tomatoes. The signs in the car park said that you must download & pay by app. I did this, and it failed at the last stage of the payment. Fortunately the check in staff were able to do it easily on their system - so why don't the car park notices tell you this?

The breakfast was brilliant. The USB charging ports in the room didn't work but they bought us up an adaptor and chits for free drinks from the bar. Staff were very helpful. It was the best place we stayed in UK.

Feeling like I might not pay upon arrival.this made me uncomfortable. Dirty marks on carpet in my first room, but once I told staff this was rectified immediately and I was moved to another room

Great hotel n so central to everything, we arrived early and our room was ready so we was given the key straight away we had to large king size beds so we was over the moon. Breki was yummy there was plenty to chose from so you will not go hungry.

Paying for on site parking I think this should be included in the room rate.

In centro a Dundee, si arriva facilmente con l'auto e ci sono locali, negozi e market nelle immediate vicinanze. Colazione piuttosto variegata (tranne che per caffè e cappuccino, che sono all'inglese, ma questo si sa). Staff molto cordiale e disponibile.

Mancanza di possibilità di attivare autonomamente l'aspirazione in bagno (è partita da sola la notte, non ci sono interruttori per accenderla quando necessario) e finestra fissa in camera non apribile. Il parcheggio un po' caro - 10 sterline in più al giorno - ma nel complesso la valutazione è positiva. Materassi a molle, abbastanza comodi, ma non tra i miei preferiti
