We stayed in a few hotels in Leipzig, and this hotel was far the best one. We will 100% be back to Leipzig and will book here again.

Nothing, it was all good.

Because I am walking on crutches I don’t have my hands free for other things. Therefore I needed help in the breakfast room, which was beautifully provided. Generally all my requests were fulfilled promptly. I felt well looked after. I am 81 years old.

In the bathroom I would have liked to have a shelf for my cosmetics. The small shelf that was provided was occupied by the hotel’s mirror and a box of tissues also provided by the hotel. I saw a silverfish running over the bathroom floor. It would have been nice to have a comfortable chair in the room, in addition to the fancy one, which was not comfortable at all, but looked beautiful in the large room.

Balcony is too small, no fridge in the room

The location was really good, right in the center and just steps away from restaurants and bars

Room size was much smaller than anticipated and the balcony was not of much use due to a very restricted view. Front desk staff was not always helpful and left us baffled with their answers.

no place to put toiletries in the minimalist bathroom, no comfortable seating in the bedroom (one huge weird chair).

Basic breakfast, but good enough. Big plus for cofee machine and tea available for the whole day. Lovely art design and the amazing armchairs at reception :)) Great location at the centre of Leipzig.

Pillows are too soft, and when I asked for more pillows no one was available to bring them

The hotel was very clean and modern with helpful staff. The rooms were very pleasant with very comfortable beds. Breakfast was excellent with a good choice

The hotel is located in what seemed to be in a rather run down suburb of Berlin and quite a long walk from the Metro station.

the location was perfect for going to the Christmas markets.

the first person to check us in was not very friendly. she was borderline rude. luckily there was a young woman there that was eager to be helpful and was very friendly to help her. that person should have been the face that greets you when you check in!

Couldn’t easily stream from IOS devices to TV. Didn’t have German World Cup TV channel. (small complaints)
