A beautiful place in a great setting. The owner and the staff are very polite and always there to help you. It has a restaurant and this is very practical.

Breakfast was fine, location quiet, nice. Very polite and friendly hosts. Fine clean pool. Music was exactly as it should be not at all loud.

They should definitely improve their cooking skills. Perhaps offer only a smaller but tastier menu.

The location is pretty nice and quiet. The courtyard is nice, with a swimming pool. The price is ok, as it is a cheap accommodation.

The room was decent, but the cleaning was a little disappointing. In the bathroom was a nasty smell, probably from the sewage system. The food from the restaurant was just eatble. The vegetables on the grill were actually cold, nobody bothered at least to heat them. They do not accept credit/debit cards, and there is no ATM machine near by.

terrible hotel and the worst service! just to say that the room is dirty is to say nothing: on the walls of the fungus, all in spiders and other insects, beetles. everything dirty and old - from bed to stinking towels! the stench in the room that does not evaporate! children were afraid to sleep so that spiders would not crawl on them .. in general it is a horror !! the hostess of the hotel is very unfriendly and looks with malice, which leaves an unpleasant residue .. as proof I add a photo of fungus on the walls and dirt on the floor of this horrible hotel! I do not recommend to anyone !!!

EVERYTHING. This venue is more like a VIP retreat than a hotel. You were treated like you mattered and not just another guest. The food was fresh and prepared and cook for you as soon as you ordered. The huge menu catered for all tastes. The Swimming pool was sooooo nice when the weather was soooooo hot. I WILL definitely be back.

I did not like the fact that I had only booked 2 nights. Wish I booked 2 weeks.

Clean rooms with balcony overlooking the pool. Internet is good, easy access, easy to find, well signposted. The pool is small but enough to swim and refresh. They have a restaurant on site with grill and other cooked food. It is nice and quiet in the evening, maybe a bit too many mosquitos.

The most expensive coffee i've had in whole Bulgaria in two months - maybe it's the high season/ high price

The hotel is very well located, peaceful and with a very beautiful garden that we enjoyed a lot. The owners are very friendly and helpful, they gave us great tips to have a nice walk to the Ivanovo Rock churches.
