Friendly people. Good location ( depending on your interests).... Good to have a restaurant on site, although there meant options nearby, cheaper ones and more up market ones...

Ok, no discrimination of any kind meant here. Water mostly a trickle, to the point where it took half an hour to fill a basket Strong restaurant smells of oil coming through the bathroom vent. The one thing I asked for when booking was a quiet room. The one I was given - which was once again not like anything in the pictures shown on booking.com - was directly above the main street and there was intense noise from beeping cars and scooters from 5am- at least midnight. Plus the famous Swargashram loudspeakers starting to tell you stories even before 5am. TV - once again - didn't work...no seating area although advertised. When I was asked how I liked the room I pointed out another next to mine and asked for that as it was bigger, with extra seating, but was told "No, this one is for people who have prebooked "..??? So what did I do weeks ago? Then some rich indian guests moved in and made a lot of noise till two in the morning.... I think that most of these places on booking.com just promise everything, use nice pictures and then try to dump the rooms on you that otherwise they would have a hard time giving to walk in customers that can inspect these rooms before.... These places should realistically cost 30 percent less.

The room was definitely NOT as advertised - Deluxe Room??. The room was very small,cold, dirty, with a broken shower and the toilet leaking onto the floor. The door onto the small balcony was taped up to stop the rain, dust etc from getting in., but this was old and had come away. When paying to leave after 2 nights the hotel manager said that we should have told him about the room - as a hotel manager he should check the rooms and get them up to a good standard before renting them out!!!!
