Our priorities in a holday are a comfortable bed and a good shower with plentiful hot water and this property provided both. As well as that, the apartment was very spacious with plenty of seating options and a good sized dining table. The car park behind the apartments was gated so very secure. A grassed area beyond the car park had tables and chairs and was nice to sit there with a sundowner or even to take breakfast if you didn't mind going downstairs and around the building to get there.
The only concern we had was the staircase - it is steep with narrow treads but this is something which seems to be common to lots of Dutch properties so just something to be aware of if you are not very fit or mobile.

Spacious and quiet apartment close to the city center of Valkenburg. The host was very accommodating and the parking was easy to access.
From the road it was difficult to see the sign for the turn, but once we found it we had no problems!

Very nice apartment, very clean, very nice host, very comfortable beds, quite, free parking, close to the city centre, good restaurant downstairs.
The shower was nice and good, but not mounted very high. If you’re tall (like me, I’m 193 cm) then you might not be able to stand fully upright.

Nice and comfortable, also thoughtful about getting a table at a restaurant while we hadn’t booked one beforehand, and almost everything was full. The host used her connections and we were still able to get a spot that way
There wasn’t really a lot to complain about. The only thing is, everthing was clean and tidy, except for the roll of toilet paper. Not to be a total pain, but when you clean a bathroom, please make sure there’s a new roll in the holder!

The appartment is functional and well decorated. The garden is really nice. We really enjoyed our weekend.
No complaints. Everything was according to the description. For longer stays a dishwasher could be good.
