The hotel was clean and staff was very helpful.

My "go-to" hotel in Pristina. Great location. In addition to its proximity to the the city center it has a 24 hour market next door for any needs you might have while in Pristina. The staff are always available and very responsive to any needs. Parking is located just behind the hotel.

The main shower head (overhead "rain style") was not working in the room I stayed in #203

The hotel is 2 minutes away from the center, the owner and staff (fidan 👍) are really good. I ate the best pastry of my life with good advice)) I will come again

Excellent location, next to the central street and within an easy walking distance form the key places of interest and shopping centers, but quiet, hardly any noise from the street. Perfect cleanliness and well kept facilities. Friendly and helpful staff. Heating and air conditioning can be adjusted easily for each room separately either by the customer oneself or by the staff, if one finds it more convenient. Rooms on the third floor have extra sound isolation.

Pick up from airport went well. Great location in city centre, but still quiet. Breakfast was substantial. The staff are friendly.

Horrendous (lack of) view from first-floor room (overgrowth and brick wall). The hotel is poorly signed and tricky to find, despite being on a main road. Parking on arrival is a nightmare, though reception subsequently directs you to a distressed building site 150 yards up a side-street, where cars can be left overnight.

Everything - staff were very friendly. One made me a welcome coffee and we had a lovely chat about things. The breakfast was excellent and everything else; comfort, location, cleanliness etc scored very highly we me :-) Would stay there again.

Fantastic location. Adjacent to Mother Theresa Boulevard where everyone hangs out. Maxi supermarket down the street. Walking distance to the attractions. One of the owners was very helpful in assisting me get to the airport.

Shampoo and shower gels came in satchets rather than small bottles and were not replenished. No safe deposit box in the room.
