Cold rooms, blankets didn't help

The staff gave me a double bed room. I was with my partner and was very unpleasant having to change the room because they gave us a double single bed. The staff wasn’t friendly at all. Beside this experience, the hotel is great and close by a nice mall. The view of the bridge is beautiful too :)

The location and the staff were ok

The hotel is really old and the access to IBIS is done via another hotel next door. There's no room service and the place is just old, and i can assure you it's not at all what was marketed in the photos. On top of that, there were drunk guests arriving at 2 am, screaming and the staff didn't manage it well.

Everything was amazing especially the staff.

The only thing that was uncomfortable was the bed. It was too hard for me.

Internet was not good as expected.

The staff was very nice , I felt welcome and they were very helpfull.

it could have some ready-to-go options for us to eat during the dawn, like chips or something like it.
