We stayed for 2 nights. Firstly they don’t have internet even the line is active but it doesn’t work. Secondly the sofa was very uncomfortable to sleep. Thirdly one the shower doors was without handle and the thing which is keeps doors together without running out the water. Fourthly, they gave us the waffle towel which’s like a sandpaper after sunburn. Fifth, the knife was broken. Also they gave us for 5 people 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 shower gel. Until we went to ask. I think as I booked for 4 adults and 1 kid should be already ready the room. We arrived at 1am. Lastly, the hotel apart sent me a message to put them 10. At the reception the girl sitting every time we came to ask she was eating and didn’t know and didn’t help us. In the morning already elevator was full of staff things a bit inaccurate. Probably I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

Value for money, location and space in room. Didn’t expect too much.

Confusing check in, we had to walk across the room to a different hotel to gain access, no English spoken so was a little hard to communicate. Cleaning wasn’t up to par, seemed like the room was used by staff as a sort of staff room, old coffee was poorer into sink and never cleaned. No toilet paper in bathroom towels weren’t already in the room until the man realised and went to get us some. Very loud in the morning due to next to the laundry room, dryer and washing machine pretty much ran into the night and next day with staff yelling in the corridor etc. Was only a night stay so didn’t bother us too much wouldn’t recommend for long stay where sleep is required.

I didn't like the receptionist woman who work at night she gave my appartement to others and give me a room of the workers staf for the same price what i refused .it was night .

Toiletries and towels provided. Iron provided upon request.

There wasn’t much to like apart from being provided a bed to sleep on. Main room had 2 single beds, the so called sofa bed I don’t consider as a sofa bed had no linen on and wasn’t what I expected. It is what you see in the picture. 3 small children fit however, older children wouldn’t. Poor communication and no reply to messages. No one at reception despite sending a number of messages on booking.com. Children also thought the room is trash 😳 family of ants around the sofa surely room hadn’t been cleaned properly. I would never book again.

Used these lovely apartments, which were just off sea front. Travelled for surgery at Esnaf Hospital so excellent location. Washing machines in basement free to use Stayed in king apartment spacious airy and bright. Great wifi & aircon in living area and bedroom Hightly recommend

Hob didn't work, never serviced apartment and we were there 10 days, rubbish not taken out from previous guest Just a few points to take note of

Clean and comfortable place, in a very good location. Nice balcony, kind host… Everything was so close, i loved it! The bed was specially comfortable. The bathroom was very clean, and it has a window as well… l loved it! I will come back! 🙂

Location, staff washing machine facility and a good value for money

The washroom's tank was leaking, the shower door and few drawers handles were broken, towel holder etc the facility require maintenance especially the sofa, washroom etc

We booked way, ahead & the booking process was straightforward. That, was the only thing that was straightforward. We tried a number of times to contact Artim by phone “Not available at this time”, again & again, never available. We arrived, no one on reception, we asked someone passing along the pavement and after some thought they suggested we try asking at the reception of the Hotel across the road. Someone eventually took us to the apartment But! There we no pots and pans, 3 forks, 2 knives. The gas cylinder for the hob was empty. The toilet did not flush The heater/aircon did work. We refused the room were shown another similar room. We managed to locate 2 pans 2 small bowls 5 small glasses 1 cup 3 plates. The gas running out in replacement room The Toilet water ran all night. A chap ordered a cylinder of gas next day & water to the toilet was turned on, it day & night for the 14 night stay. Equipment for the Kitchen was quite frankly pathetic. It was evident that no thought, preparation stay hand happened. The facilities were non-existent & one of the cleaners after a week asked us what time we were checking out – clearly they'd been given no information abut our stay. We had to ask for fresh bedding & towels after a week. No plugs to bathroom and Kitchen sinks so water ran continuously whilst using a sink. No drying rack in the Kitchen, o cleaning products or utensils. To wash up & dry we had to purchase washing-up liquid, sponge, 2 two rolls of paper towel to dry up! Room was cleaned once only on the day we requested bedding & towels were changed. We would have clean apartment but no pencils to do so. Toilets flushed and showers from other apartments making noises all night pipes clearly had no sound proofing. Oversized Fridge Freezer was 75% of the time whining day and night. Would we recommend this place NO!

Clean and comfortable. Big and clean bathroom. Room was on 4th floor, but hotel has elevator. Good view from balcony.

It's on a good spot, possible to park. It's more an appartment. Wifi is good. Clean.

Check-in is problematic, no one is on reception you need to call. We had to wait for 20 minites for a russian guy to show up to give us password for internet so we can call them. There is no toilet paper, and its not equiped the best.

Smelly and sticky flat .no communication. Bathroom missing shower door. All cupboards dirty and sticky.

this for me is the best apartment in fethiye, so clean, and the i love how close it is to everything with migros round the corner, food and market all really close by. i come to this place everytime i visit fethiye! my favourite place

Very nice, clean hotel in walking distance from sea, shops and restaurants.

Didn't get room which I booked, but new room was fine as well. If you traveling by car, arrange some parking space with staff in advance ...only street parking available.

very good location, very good value for money, the staff went above and beyond to help and make sure I was ok. very nice people.

I've stayed at Artim for two weeks with a kid, everything was super, the rooms, facilities and staff support. It's very close to the sea and markets, there are plenty of cafes, playgrounds and pharmacies just round the corner. The hotel is clean and modern, rooms are nice and fully equipped, the staff are friendly and helpful, always were in touch when I needed them. I highly recommend the place.

Nothing to complain about

Great location, perfect price for the facilities, exceptionally helpful staff, always ready to help immediately. Rooms are fully equipped, modern and clean. I was planning to stay for a week and then move somewhere else, but instead chose to stay at Artim longer.
